There is no such a thing as ''breakfast coupons'', what is provided to all guests regarding of their hired board at the check in with your room key is a piece of paper with the wifi password and the breakfast hours just in case the guest needs to consult them. In the morning we do not have cafeteria service just the buffet, which means no matter how much you eat all guests pay for the buffet service. Once again, sorry for the misunderstanding. We would like to remind you that our shuttle is a free service for all our guests and our driver needs to go through every terminal and the hotel to ensure everybody is able to ride, therefor the whole route takes up to 45minutrd (with the exception of the driver's compulsory stops). Taxis are public in Spain and count with a fixed rate from a to the airport. Regarding the coffee issue, the cafeteria closes at 00:00 and coffee is provided at 5:30 we take note of your suggestion but we also request our guests to understand our staff need to stick to the schedule.
