“Lovely hotel in the heart of the city”

Great experience, the hotel is very comfortable, rooms are large and welcoming. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect in walking distance of everything. We will be back there for another stay for sure.

We LOVED this hotel! The location was within walking distance to everything we wanted to see. The room was always clean and quiet. We especially enjoyed the fresh and bountiful breakfast each morning. Should we return to Madrid, this hotel will be our first choice.

“Can't go wrong”

Great location. Walking distance to everything, I mean everything. The closest metro stop was a 3 minute walk. Hotel was nice even by US standards. Very large room for Europe with good amenities.

Hotel Rooms in general are expensive in Madrid. Was centrally located to Plaza Mayor, Puerto del Sol and along the pedestrian street Calle de las Huertas, 3 blocks to metro. Rooms clean and desk polite.

“WOW!”

This an excellent place to stay. We were fortunate to have been upgraded to a "superior" room and it was gorgeous! The wood beam ceiling, wood floors, rain shower, free Internet, friendly and helpful staff, and a big comfortable bed made our 4-day stay here absolutely wonderful! The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of all Madrid's main attractions, except for the bullfights. But the Metro was close by so we had no trouble getting there. We wished we could have stayed longer but we already had plans to go to Paris so reluctantly we checked out of this classy, 5-star hotel. We highly recommend it!
