ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo

Hotel in linea con la qualità Novotel, da prendere in considerazione per l'ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo anche se distante dal centro, ma con fermata metropolitana a poche decine di metri. Personale gentlilissimo e disponibile, buona colazione, camera un po' più piccola per 4 rispetto alle nostre passate esperienze Accorhotel.

Pros: Su cercanía al recinto ferial, con la entrada del metro al lado, por si quieres desplazarte al centro de la ciudad. Buena relación calidad-precio.
Muy cerca del recinto ferial, tres minutos andando. Instalaciones modernas y en buen estado. Habitación agradable y colchones muy cómodos, lo que para mí es importante.

Convenient if doing business at Feria de Madrid

Pros: Close to convention center.
Cons: Better amenities in bathroom. Hotel rooms and hallways are in need of upgrades.
Location: Close to airport and convention center. Metro station very close.
I chose this hotel because it is 2 blocks away from the convention center, but it is in need of renovations. The appeal is dated, old carpets. The amenities in room are very basic. The staff is very pleasant. The airport shuttle service is convenient. I would only book this hotel for the convenient location.

Convenience and comfort

We love this place! We stayed here two separate times recently for extended stays. We absolutely love the breakfast buffet. Easy access to the Metro, the airport and therefore anywhere in Madrid or the world for that matter. Looking forward to visiting again soon.

It still needs a small refurbishment

Pros: Overall atmosphere.
Cons: Carpet needs replacement and bathroom installations need a deep sanitation .
Location: 15' far it is a El Corte Ingles mall with lot of restaurants around
The room was very nice, once.. Now, the walls and ceilings are not quite clean. In the bathroom, after you firstly turn on the water, smells bad for a minute. The carpet looks "tired" and needs replacement, too. The sheets are also old and because of repeated washes let a lot of fluff. Good points: breakfast is pretty divers (but is not included in the room rates); free shuttle bus from and to the airport which is reliable. Overall atmosphere of the hotel compensates the disadvantages. Besides, I let a fidelity card in the room, in the power slot. It disappeared and despite all my attempts to recover it remained lost without any explanation.

Ottimo albergo vicino all'aeroporto

Pros: La stanza e la colazione a buffet

Hotel alla periferia di Madrid, ma vicinissimo ad una fermata della metropolitana (200mt) che consente di raggiungere il centro città in circa 20 mt. Ottime le stanze, pulite e silenziose.

Buen hotel

El que ya conoce los Novotel, nada nuevo. El sofá cama es bastante incómodo para 2 personas, a nos ser que sean muy menuditas, dado que el colchón es finísimo. Tienes que pedir las cosas de aseo en recepción, sólo dispones de lo básico en el baño, incluidas las toallas que sólo ponen para 2 aunque pidas habitación para 4. El hotel está muy próximo a una parada de metro de la línea 8. Hay que hacer uno o dos trasbordos para plantarse en el centro, una media hora larga.
