Hotel Review

Posted Dec 26, 2014
Pros: Location, charm.
Cons: Room design, particularly the bathrooms. Would be great to have a bar, but enough locations nearby that can substiute relatively easily.
Location: Nice shopping area nearby. Upscale retailiers and charming charminug shops.
Fairly nice hotel in nice area of city. A little older hotel but fairly charming. Room not that large but not bad for the price and loation. Hotel room design might not be great for many as bathroom does not provide great privacy. Smoked glass with some transparency and does not eliminate all sounds from the bathroom. If you are on the street side, there is quite a bit of activity, including a night club across the street. If you like the activity that is great, but can be a bit noisy. Room does cancel some sound but not all. So you may hear noise until early in the morning (i.e. 2 am or so). Staff was helpful on getting to places on restaurant locations. We had a good time.

Nice hotel located in great part of town

Posted Aug 12, 2014
Tucked away in a quiet area of town within reasonable walking distance of several areas of interest, the Petit place art gallery is a great place for a family or single individuals to relax in comfort while seeing the sights of Madrid. Staff very friendly, couteous and helpful; rooms clean and well presented. Would stay here again.

Hotelli lähellä keskustaa

Posted Aug 3, 2014
Kävelyetäisyydellä keskustaa ja monia mielenkiintoisia paikkoja. Näin ensikertalaiselle erinomainen paikka. Voi kävellä Pradoon, Reina Sofiaan, Retiron puistoon, kuninkaanlinnaan, kasvitieteelliseen puutarhaan jne. Monia ravintoloita korttelin parin etäisyydellä. Metroasema korttelin päässä.

Nos engañaron

Posted Jul 29, 2014 on Hotels.com
Teníamos una habitación con desayuno incluido. La sacamos en hoteles.com pero luego nos lo cobraron y no les valieron explicaciones. No volveremos a ir a ningún hotel de la cadena.

Great location.

Great location. 15-20 min walk from any of the main Madrid sights and the El Retiro park. One on the more luxurious neighbourhoods, with good places to eat, drink and shop. The hotel itself however doesn't qualify for 4 stars, at least for me. But it was very good value for money.
