En general está bien. la única queja es que a ls 8:40 de la mañana entró una limpiadora a mi habitación mientras estaba en el baño.... fue una equivocación pero me dio un buen susto y en hoteles de esta categoría esto no debería pasar.

Pros: staff was nice
Cons: if you have three people sharing a room, either use a larger room, or don't accept 3 people.
Location: Nothing without a significant walk, in an industrial area behind the train station.
I picked this hotel because it was close to Atocha train station, which we arrived at late Saturday night. We wanted to walk because but the hotel is behind the station and really hard to find. Google maps showed an 18 minute walk and we had lots of luggage. We started walking but as it turns out you have to go around to what seems like an industrial area. We got lot and ended up cabbing after all. The hotel is basically for conventioneers, and the room was very sterile-like. We had 3 people and the roll-away made it hard to walk in the room and we could not open the fridge because of it. The bathroom was the smallest of 6 hotels we had stayed in over 10 days. The staff was nice which saved it from being a total disaster, The vending machine was broken so I had to get a beverage from the restaurant which was expensive. All in all, not a great cultural experience. Also, it was one of the more expensive hotels we stayed at during our visit to Spain. Worse bang for our buck.

we had one of the room facing the back garden. I think the hotel was hosting a conference during our stay. there were musics blasting and ppl cheering well past mid-night. I couldnt really tell if the sound was coming from inside the hotel or the garden - at one point it felt like both. in general I feel the wall were pretty thin. Otherwise, the room was clean and orderly and the staff was helpful. about 10 min walk from atocha station.

Albergo molto confortevole e moderno.

Cons: non mi viene in mente nulla da migliorare
Location: praticamente attaccato alla stazione ferroviaria di Atocha, senza averne i disagi. Le stanze sono tutte silenziosissime.
Abbiamo prenotato questo albergo perchè vicino alla Stazione di Atocha e perchè a 15 minuti di strada a piedi dall'abitazione di nostri parenti. Devo dire che ho scoperto un albergo molto confortevole, pulitissimo, dotato di ogni comfort e dove il personale è molto attento alle esigenze del cliente. Si può consumare un'ottima e varia colazione ed è dotato di un giardino molto bello ed accogliente. E' decisamente un albergo che consiglio a chiunque.

Staff at desk prompt and courteous. Room well equipped except no kettle. Floors in room dusty but otherwise clean. Little outside noise. Fair buffet breakfast but expensive.

No pude descansar

Corría el maratón el domingo, por fin el día esperado durante meses y justo la noche antes, la ke mejor hsy ke descansar, resulta ke en el hotel hay una celebración con fiesta y musica altisima ke nos impide dormir hasta la 1,30 de la madrugada. Llamo a recepcion a lad 12,15h y me dicen ke lo sienten, ke el hotel esta completo y no me pueden dar otra habitacion. Lamentable y ni una disculpa al día siguiente.

Good value as a secret saver hotel

Pros: Clean, efficient check in Wifi worked fine in room but slowish speeds generally
Cons: The rooms are said to be sound proofed but the noise from other rooms is unacceptable be it next door, above or below. A little noise from the road.
Location: 10 mins walk from Atoca station. Near to museums/Retiro Park
Handy for Atocha station (a 10 min walk down a straight road once you can find your way out of the station the correct way!) and 10 mins walk from tourist areas. Probably best described as a 3-4 star hotel. Room clean but functional. Beds comfy. Little in the way of toileteries supplied as standard.
