Bravo Rafaelhoteles Ventas!!
The staff at reception were very welcoming, friendly, helpful, patient, efficient, professional and accommodating. The room was very comfortable and clean and had a lot of space. The facilities in the bathroom were excellent. The breakfast was extremely good and the staff at breakfast very professional, helpful and efficient. The hotel was in an excellent location with great transport links.

Our room was quite large and comfortable, as well as the bathroom. It would be nice if it had a restaurant. Breakfast is expensive.

property offers a very good price, is very friendly and although not located in the center it is a few metro stops from center which is pretty convenient, also metro stop is just a block away. recommended.

It was pretty nice except for the last night we got a group of very noisy guest in the room next to ours which is 125 and the walls let all noise be heard. After talking to reception the told them to be quiet but it took them like 30 mitutes to start making noise again

All good, but missing better wifi connection
I sent few days un the hotel. Staff were all great and made things easy for me when checking un & out. The rooms feel old but they are big and comfortable. As for the Wifi It was very bad, at least from my room, i didn't try from the lobby. Improving the wifi would definitely be a must.

On a 5 night overstay, one of the nights we were awoke around 8.15 am with construction work noises from what sounded like one of the next door rooms. When we reached the reception desk, a phone call was made, and the noise stopped completely, which leads us to believe that the situation was under the management's control, and therefore, could/should have been avoided.

Been a few times and enjoy the room staff etc. Good location with shops and resturants near by. Metro thirty seconds away and bus on doorstep. Good bed/ hot shower / good size room

Very disappointed with this one. The hotel is a very old and run down business hotel with zero charm and character. The room was spacious and clean but very unattractive. Furniture broken and old. Wallpaper scratched and visible marks all over the place. You can hear every noise from next door and the corridor. Feel relaxed or enjoying the hotel? Not a chance, you want to spend as little time as possible here. Very neglected and for the price too expensive.

The A/C is not adequate for summer temperatures. The hotel is near bus and train statin which makes convenient to move around the main spots in the city.

They let us check in and get in the room when we arrived very early in the morning. The room was spacious. The hotel is very near to the subway station.

Very comfortable property located near the center of the city and a block away from a metro station for easy access to all city locations and airport No restaurant in hotel but plenty of eating and drinking options nearby.

Our recent stay was good but the room was very hot and inspite of opening windows the room would not cool of though the temperature outside was 45 degrees. We had to insist on a FAN so the room would be of comfortable temperature
