The attentive staff is what made my stay excellent. Gigli at the front door and Ivana in the restaurant in particular went out of their way to make sure I had all I needed.

We loved this property so much. Quiet but near to everything...dining, shopping, nearby metro station. Hotel staff made us feel at home, the rooms were large, the neighborhood was nice and safe. The breakfast each morning was an added plus.

Charming boutique hotel with a great restaurant, staff and service. They included 6 days breakfast because the room wasn’t ready on time. I would stay here again and genuinely give them two thumbs up.

Bruce and team did an amazing job of welcoming us and providing us with early access to our room. We had taken a red eye flight prior to arrival and his accommodation made a huge difference in our first day experience. Overall accommodations were very nice, comfortable and the location is perfect.

So lovely, old charm hotel. Service was excellent, room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The whole team made us feel welcome . Location was great in a quiet and safe street very close to Cibeles Fountain. All together, great experience for me and I’ll be back again!

Property was in a great location with respect to centrality to train, main sightseeing attractions, downtown restaurants and everything that Madrid has to offer Clean and unique in its decor. Nothing modern, rather it was old world charming, perfectly appointed with staff that catered to all requests. Breakfast every morning was delicious and fresh. Open early with great selections. Had our rooms ready very early in the day for our arrival. Rooms were comfortable and beds were firm and linens luxurious. I highly recommend this property for the discerning travelers. I was with my family of seven, ranging in age from 17-58 and had only one complaint that was resolved immediately by the attentive, professional and accommodating staff.

Great Hotel
Very pleased with my stay here. A really beautiful lobby with a high end feel. Very discreet and classy. My room was large and impressive. The bar was wonderful, however the staff were overstretched as they were working between the bar and the dining room. One annoyance was I ordered a club sandwich, and they put truffle sauce on it - something I can't stand!

It makes sense to spend the extra cents.
In every respect, this hotel is the place to stay when you’re in Madrid. For us it ticked the boxes that we needed. Non-smoking, WiFi and secure free parking, but it ended up being so much more. t’s like a family hotel. The rooms are large and relatively sound proof. The bed is large and comfortable and there is a pillow menu which I find important. We were invited to go downstairs for a welcome drink of Cava and we also had a small Madridian (!) sweet delicacy waiting for us in our room. We decided to stay an extra couple of days!! It’s close enough to all the main places to see if you’re happy for a good walk, but if you prefer a taxi, they will get you one easily and you will be where you need to be within minutes. The breakfast is excellent, the staff serving are so friendly and helpful and though we tried our limited Spanish, their English is excellent. This hotel was well worth the extra cost.

Dream Hotel
Hotel Orfila made our vacation 5 stars + on all levels. The staff treated us like family and even ran to the store when we asked for a specialty item for breakfast! Every staff member was outstanding. Rooms were beautiful, comfortable and elegant. This rates as one of our top hotels in the world and that after travelling for over 50 years. If you want great concierge service or just want to be treated like a king STAY HERE!
