Hidden fees

Pros: Clean and sapcious rooms.
Cons: Hidden fees, need to disclose at reservation. This also could be Expedia fault as well.
Location: Nice location but purely residential and not good for tourists. Too far from city center.
I made a reservation through expedia, and the hotel was excellent based on cleaniess, but they requested extra charges for everything including pool, gym and even regular TV chanels discontinued after 10-15 minutes and requested to pay 13 Euro to continue!? Also the location of hotel is not good for tourists, especially if traveling from outside of Spain. It's locted in a nice area, but it is purely residential.

We would also like to take this opportunity to inform you that, all our room rates include the access to our Wellness Center ABSARA SPA except those for the Deluxe Suites. However, the access to our outdoor swimming pool, open during the summer season, is included in all our room rates without exception. Regarding the TV Channels you mentioned we would like to inform that our Hotel offers 73 channels and only 7 of them require a payment of a fee. Concerning our location, we are situated in the quiet residential area of Mirasierra in the north of Madrid City; the Hotel is well communicated with the centre of Madrid. We are close to a subway station and there is a bus stop on the doorstep directly connected to Gran Via, the cultural heart of the city, a stone’s throw from Cibeles, Paseo del Prado and the Retiro Park. Fantastic Experience

We stayed at the Sheraton Mirasierra for 4 days and absolutely loved it. The staff was excellent and super helpful; the rooms and facilities were top notch; and the location perfect -- not in the heart of downtown, but near enough to make it convenient.

Nice hotel - perfect for an abroad spa break.

Pros: The spa, the size of the rooms, the staff were friendly.
Location: The food and drink market in the centre is amazing, with really nice tapas.
The hotel was a 15 min taxi ride from the centre of Madird - but the tube station, which is a cheaper option, is a walk away and really easy to use. If asked the receptionist will show you a map, highlight all the places to visit that may be of interest and then show you how to get to them on the tube. The drinks in the bar are expensive but the gin and tonics are amazing and came with crisps. We spent a morning in the spa, followed by a massage, which was all lovely.

Out of the centre but a wonderful hotel and spa.

Stayed 3 nights. Room a perfect size - plenty of space comfortable bed microwave, dining table etc. South facing room with a nice desk and plenty of light. Very quiet and no interruptions to check the minibar, turn back the sheets which is unusual these says. Entrance hall is spectacular. The spa is amazing and the entrance lobby spectacular. A 5 star experience.

Große Zimmer, großes und sehr bequemes Bett.

Pros: Die großen Zimmer und der Spa Bereich.
Cons: Bessere Aufklärung über das SPG Programm.
Location: Das Hotel befindet sich außerhalb. In der Umgebung befindet sich ein Einkaufscenter. Ansonsten kann man nicht viel unternehmen.
Leider hat das mit unserem SPG Programm noch nicht wie gewünscht geklappt. Sind beim Gold Status und haben trotzdem den Late Check out bezahlt. Auch gestaltet es sich schwierig nur Kaffee auf das Zimmer zu bekommen. Schöner Spa Bereich. Leider ist das Hotel zu weit von der Innenstadt entfernt.

Une petite remarque sur la sauna humide, ils doivent la rénover, elle est pas terrible, finition mal faites, vinyle du sol décollé.
