Great hotel next to MetroPosted Sep 21, 2014
Pros: Proximity to the Metro, spacious room
Very well priced hotel close to Metro station on direct line to the centre of Madrid. The room was spacious, the staff helpful & nearby there is a shopping centre with supermarket & other shops. They have a service to the airport for a minimal charge. We would definitely stay there again.

Hotel is located close to the Metro station on the line#2, that takes you to downtown Madrid in 20min. and only few min from the highways If you arrive by the car. Rooms are quite big by Europe standards, good selection of food for a breakfast, plenty parking on the street to avoid pricey parking at the hotel.

High standard for pricePosted May 25, 2014
Pros: Spaciousness of room, friendliness of staff. quality of breakfast.
Location: Located in suburbs although there is a big shopping centre nearby.
A bit out of town centre but only 100m from Metro station on a line straight into centre with interchanges with other key lines. Very friendly staff, majority of whom speak English. Our room was spacious, clean & well equipped including a room safe (€10 deposit) Good choices for breakfast.

Really close to both the metro and bus stopsPosted Apr 27, 2014
Pros: Excellent position to be enjoy the city centre, without having to cope with lots of noise- especially after a day walking around.
Cons: The air conditioning didn't work. We filled in the card to ask for it to be fixed, but didn't happen so we kept the windows open at night
Location: Excellent metro and bus links. We visited both football stadiums without any problems. Shopping centre was really close and well stocked
This hotel is in a really nice, quite suburb of Madrid. The metro and bus stops can be seen from the front door, with a shopping centre just behind them. It is a big Carre Forte supermarket, plus a few restaurants and little shops. The hotel is very clean, and has everything you would expect. We are really happy with the size of the room- 2 double wardrobes, lots of mirrors, and a practical sized bathroom. There was a mini-bar if you wanted anything. Breakfast was lovely- a choice of cereals, 3 different types of fresh juice, lots of pastry, fruit and yogurts. There was also a tea and coffee machine and toaster. We never set out feeling hungry :) The staff spoke excellent English, and were very helpful. They gave us advice on metro tickets and shops, and gave us a free map of there city marking on useful points. The metro took about 15 minutes to get to the centre. We found it really easy to travel around, especially as the hotel wifi was really good, and we could plan out route in advance.

Lovely hotelPosted Apr 11, 2014
Cons: Perhaps an English channel on TV.
Location: The location is great. near the metro and a shopping centre. also near the bus station.
Wonderful hotel in all aspects. staff, comfort, cleanliness, nice breakfast buffet. and very reasonable pricewise. also very near a shopping centre and the metro. easy to go to the town centre of the red line, non stop. my room was absolutely amazing. on the 9th floor I could see a lot of Madrid from my bed! the rooms are big and comfortable. no English channel on TV, only Spanish. but I am being petty.
