“Wonderful place to stay! Good value for price”

The argentino we got from their concierges lejandro, Oscar and Ernesto was extraordinary!!! It is excellently located, beautiful building. The only thing is that the free WIiFi only works in the business center not in the rooms. WE WILL DEFINETELY BE BACK HERE!

“Excellent Hotel in Heart of Madrid”

Excellent hotel in a very convenient location for museum access and shopping. Staff very helpful and friendly. Hotel very clean and quiet (with windows closed!) We enjoyed our stay and will stay there again on our return to Madrid.

“A gem in a beautiful city”

The Westin Palace is a special place very centrally located in the wonderful city of Madrid. Spacious room for European standards. We had a terrific stay. We did not eat at the hotel. We liked having the turn down service each evening---always nice to have fresh towels.

“The heart of the city with a BIG price tag!!!”

Great location and the best of the best, but way over priced.

“Excellent hotel - restaurant service needs help”

the waiters at the restaurant are not very eager to help, kind of slow, they would just gather in groups and you had to call their attention just to be served - not what you would expect from a 5 star hotel.

Gorgeous hotel, great food! Our room was junior suite that was amazing with a steam shower that was so nice to have after walking the beautiful city of Madrid. Great location!

“Love the Westin Palace”

The hotel is located perfectly in walking distance to all the great museums in Madrid and to the metro stop to get to everywhere else worth seeing. The hotel itself is beautiful with excellent service. There is a gym on the top floor. The hotel has wi-fi and a business center with computers and an ATM. There is also a Starbucks next to the hotel for your coffee fixes in the morning. Additionally, there is a great Cervezaria behind the hotel. The concierge was very helpful in directing me to an excellent restaurant with great food. Wonderful experience....plan to go back and do it all over again.

“Elegant European experience”

A discriminating friend and I went to Madrid recently to visit three world class art museums. The Westin Palce is located perfectly to visit all three. The hotel celebrates its 100 th year in 2012. The Westin has kept the best of the elegant features such as polished woodwork and double crown moulding while renovating bathrooms with the luxury bath fixtures and 'heavenly' beds. The staff - from concierge to housekeeping - did their best to make us more than comfortable. Nice touches include thick robes and free coffee delivered to the room by a butler. It would've been a great vacation even if we had just stayed in the hotel. Don't forget to try the clubby lobby bar. Two small details would make it even more perfect - more tv channels and free wi-fi in the rooms. At these prices it seems a little chintzy. And the hotel is not fully accessible.

“A great hotel”

Wonderful hotel. Only shortcoming was the less than reliable wi-fi.
