“Great location.........”

This hotel is located close to Plaza el Callao and one block from the Corte Ingles and three blocks from the Subway station. Lively and happy place till late hours. My room had excellent soundproff protection.

The bad thing is they don't have WiFi . I can't used my IPad . However , they have internet in the room using cable , the location is very nice near to attractions, shopping, and metro .

“Excellent value”

Vincci Capitol was well located and blended historic character with modern decor and conveniences. We loved our stay here and would recommend it to anyone. The bathroom was fantastic, and the room had nice lighting.

“Great Hotel in a Central Location”

Madrid is a large city and this hotel is right in the middle of where you want to be. There is a metro stop right outside its doors and the hotel is conveniently located on one of Madrid's greatest pedestrian Streets, the Gran Via. Gran Via has tons of restaurants, shops, access to taxi/bus/metro station and close proximity to Madrid's Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor. The rooms are comfortable and very modern. We had only two channels available in English. The TV menu is more extensive in spansish. However, two of the four english channels didn't work in the 5 days we were there. The room ammenities are what you would expect in a moderately priced european hotel: frige, bathroom with BD and shower/tub, small vanity space and just a few complimentary toiletries. The best part of this hotel other than its superb location is its 9th floor view which guests can enjoy for free. Hotel staff is polite and helpful. The breakfast at 15euro PP is a bit overpriced, but isn't just about everything in Europe thesedays.

“great location, clean and friendly staff”

great location, close to Metro, try to use the Metero- very convenient with multiple stations close to key tourist spots and easy to move around

Getting around

Metro is the ebst way to get around- convenient , clean , punctual, frequent and value for your money. If spending more than a couple days get the 10 trip pass works out well.
