Nice hotel on Gran Via.Posted Jul 18, 2014
Just what we needed as a hub to travel to other cities for 2 weeks. Hotel was centrally located on Gran Via and 5 mn walk to metro stop plaza Espana. 10 mn walk to puerta del sol - easy accessibility by foot or metro. Awesome rooftop terrace. Overall, friendly/helpful staff. Very clean. Would stay there again.

Location: The hotel is near the metro, Plaza Del Sol, Mayor, and many good restaurants. Perfect location
Visiting Spain was an amazing experience. Vincci Via 66 is close to shops, restaurants, metro, and many historical sites. The hotel staff was great.

Great hotel on gran víaPosted Jul 5, 2014
Very nice hotel close to the metro and right on gran via. Our room was clean and had everything you would expect from a 4* hotel. I would have like the air conditioning to have been on in the room prior to our arrival as the room was hot and took a while to cool down. This wasn't a deal breaker and I would definitely stay here again.

Good location, quiet room.Posted Jul 1, 2014
Room was well furnished, staff were friendly. The World Cup was on and the quality of TV wasn't the best, maybe I'm just bitter because Italy lost to those cheating Uruguayans. Roof terrace was either unmanned or locked when we wanted to drink on it.

Good little hotel in a great location!Posted Jun 5, 2014
Pros: Convenient location, and the roof terrace for a relaxing space in the middle of the city.
Cons: Shower temperature constantly fluctuates, without you moving the temperature gauge, so this could do with some attention.
Location: Excellent location. Nearest metro stop is Plaza Espana. Walking distance to Plaza Mayor, the indoor food market, and all other major attractions.
This hotel is on Grand Via, which is one of the main, and most central streets in the city. The hotel is clean, and staff on reception are helpful and friendly. It has the convenience of a bar, and a roof terrace - where drinks are served to your table. The interior is modern and clean, though, like with many things, there are some signs of wear and tear, but I would not let this put you off. The nearest Metro station is Plaza Espana, not Grand Via. So this can be confusing. But using the metro is easy and cheap and you can travel from the airport to Plaza Espana this way. This hotel is within walking distance of all the main attractions as long as you are relatively fit and able, if not, I would recommend the Hop on and Off Tourist bus, which you can pick up from Plaza Espana.

Fabulous theatre themed hotelPosted May 28, 2014
Cons: Tea making facilities in the room. Don't know if this is just an English thing.
Location: Good location. Not far from Palace and central sights. Like walking so didn't use the Metro (except from/to the airport) but stop was very close by
The hotel was a wonderful find. A corner hotel , not far from the Palace or central sites. Walked everywhere but Metro stop very close by. Hotel was incredible. From the 10 floor marble staircase (there is a lift) to the black and white nostalgic posters, the theatre theme was different but in a very good way. Breakfast was excellent, with so much choice. We had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend the hotel and Madrid.

Great hotel in excellent locationPosted May 23, 2014
Pros: See comment above.
Cons: Towel rail in bathroom a bit high & could be brought forward, and would be useful if phone had reception number on it + more general info be provided.
Location: Handy to Royal Palace, Plaza Mayor and excellent tapas street Calle Cava Baja. Easy walking distance of major art galleries.
Great location, handy to Royal Palace, Plaza Mayor and excellent tapas street Calle Cava Baja. Staff very helpful, decor very pleasing, spacious bathroom with all amenities, nice roof terrace and well priced room service menu. Wifi throughout hotel, air-conditioned, breakfast not over-priced and would heartily recommend to anyone wanting a stylish hotel to stay in. We stayed in a superior room and loved the extra space that came with it.
