Comfortable OasisPosted Aug 18, 2013 on Hotels.com
Good service. Good food. Poor wifi coverage in villas. Unheated pool unusable in winter. No indoor pool.. Great spa but in remote and high part of resort

An overrated hotelPosted Dec 29, 2012
Pros: Flotation poil
Cons: Over priced food and drinks!!! Shower was just worn and dirty...and that in a so called luxury room! Bed too short! Moskito netting not 100 secure
Way over priced in relation what the hotel offers.

Relaxing retreatPosted Nov 14, 2012
Pros: Public areas and pools
Location: Superb setting and all within easy reach of Jo'burg
The location is superb - so beautiful, private and relaxing. The public areas are comfortable and stylish. The spa is wonderful and easy to while away the hours relaxing and being pampered. Only thing with the spa was no background music/soundtrack during treatments which I usually find helps the relaxation. The room itself was a superior but I was a little disappointed with it.....bathroom door didn't shut without a good push and was fitted with poor quality ironmongery which wasn't up to the standard of the hotel quality. Also no view from the room except the back of the room in front of us - a/c units, pipe work etc......the hotel wasn't full so surprised this was the best superior room available. Overall I would stay again but would ask for a better room location.
