This Marriott property is located in a very convenient location on the famous Magnificent Mile. There are countless shops and restaurants within minutes of the hotel. The surrounding area is walkable, and a metro stop is just a 5-minute away. The hotel is quite luxurious, and the rooms are nicely appointed with many amenities. The on-site restaurant has great food and good service.

I first came to this hotel for a convention being held there and I met Miguel the bellman and he was absolutely wonderful! Incredibly friendly and welcoming, seemed to genuinely enjoy his job and was so pleasant and helpful. I’ve been back to this hotel on a lot of occasions now instead of trying other hotels and always look forward to seeing Miguel each time I visit the city!

We truly enjoyed our stay! I think the only minor issues we came across were at the restaurant on the second floor of the lobby. We sat down to dinner one night, and no one took our order for about 30 minutes. Finally what appeared to be the manager came out to take our order. Then we gave it another try for breakfast another day, and our service staff was wonderful, but we think they forgot about us after they took our order because the food came out 40 minutes after we placed our order. The table next to us had 4 people and they placed their order about 30 minutes after us, then got their food about 2 minutes before us. The food on the other hand was delicious! I think maybe they were just understaffed. Overall, amazing customer service and a beautiful hotel. Thank you!

Overall great stay. Location is super convenient, views were excellent, amenities exactly what you’d expect for a Marriott. Very friendly and fast check in. Trying to get more than just two towels for a whole weekend was the only thing difficult about the stay! Would definitely book again.

New Year’s Eve gone bad :(
NYE horrible! The entertainment in the lobby was a young lady with a guitar and a mic. In addition all night long all we heard were sirens. At $509 /night . I expected a better vibe and a restful sleep.

Great hotel in an excellent location. Can’t beat Michigan avenue in the heart of all the shopping and restaurants. Museums nearby, too. We had a suite and the room was so spacious, clean, and modern. Large bathroom with a large shower… and dispensers with real shampoo, conditioner, and body wash (not that cheap watered down stuff at most hotels). Service was excellent throughout, and we were able to check in 2 hours early! Valet parking was super expensive as always but service was fast. Overall, great price for a lovely suite on Michigan avenue with large windows for an awesome street view (and tiny view of the lake). Would absolutely stay here again.

The staff was vary rude and not talkative and not welcoming, there was only two of the men that were very helpful, I work for other hotels and that would not be acceptable at the hotels I work for, we also had one night where ac didn’t work and we had to open the door to let cold air in
