We were looking for a hotel close to Charles de Gaule airport and it was perfect. We had dinner and it was also very good and the prices were very reasonable.

Restaurant service apalling
Posted Jan 15, 2012 on Hotels.com
After travelling for eleven hours we asked for a table in the restaurant. Despite only 4 tables being occupied we were asked to wait in the bar whilst a table was prepared. After 40 minutes and a reminder we eventually got a table. Starters were brought after main courses and when i eventually got my main course the chicken kebabs were raw other than the very outside. After complaining the whole dining bill was waived

Its OK if you are playing Golf go for it just make sure you get to Breakfast early - the staff seemed unable to cope and genuinely surprised that people staying in the hotel might want breakfast!! We arrived with an hour of service left to find literally nothing to eat and staff running around trying to cope with broken equipment and increasingly annoyed guests. I did complain at the time and at checkout and the checkout staff removed the breakfast charge from my bill which I appreciated - rather not have had the hassle though. Hotel room was clean, food at dinner was good and service at dinner prompt

Hotel Novotel San Quentin

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant service was poor, the food could charitably be classified as mediocre, and some of the restaurant staff were curt and unhelpful. We requested a room change because the wifi did not reach the end of the corridor. The room change was done efficiently and courteously, but wifi reception didn't improve much. You should have a car to be in this hotel, as it is out in the countryside, and taxi's will cost you an arm and a leg.

for those travelling by car

The hotel is clean and pleasant, although we expected something a little better by staying really far away from Paris. Wished the bedding was more comfortable. There isn't much around the hotel at all, so unless you are planning a short overnight stop on your way elsewhere by car, this shouldn't be an option at all. Other than that, it's a nice quiet spot away from all the chaos in Paris.

Saint Quentin Golf Hotel

The hotel staff was very friendly. My wife and I stayed there 1 night. There was a restaurant in the hote, but decided to eat out on the town. It had a variety of restaurants in the nearby town. This hotel is conveniently located less than 30 minutes from Paris, depending on traffic. Carpet in our room was a little stained, so it could use shampoo treatment. The window made a slight whistling sound, but it didn't disturb our sleep. We enjoyed our stay and I would recommend this hotel for the price and comfort.
