Over all stay was peaceful and good. Break-first was not so good. Staff and service was good. We enjoyed staying in Fountain Village.

Good but CostlyPosted Jun 1, 2014
Pros: Cordial Staff and Cleanliness.
Cons: Service. More items in Breakfast.
Location: In center of the market, close to bus stand. Close to other view points.
Had a 2 nights stay with Family. The prices are high for the facilities/services. Good - The room was neat and clean. Staff is cordial. Well maintained premises. Not Good - Hot water not available in Bathroom 24 hrs. Need to get buckets after 12 noon. Breakfast had only one dish, no variety at all. No buffet service. No restaurant. AC has a constant temp. Service is slow.

Too Expensive for the facilities providedPosted May 18, 2014
For the money that I had paid I expected a better service. There were constant power cuts and the cutlery was not clean.

Great Location for a HotelPosted May 7, 2014 on Hotels.com
We got a Hotel as resorts were not available. But to our surprise the Hotel Exquisite rooms next to pool was excellent. Located 200 meters from main street of Mahabi. Good Rooms Service, Clean Rooms, good parking area. Breakfast was not great. Good Hotel for people looking for short trip and want to stay close to market area

Fairly good hotels with pros and cons of its own.Posted Jun 2, 2013
Pros: The location of hotel is right in the city.
Cons: The room did not have any window.
Pros: 1) The hotel rooms are very clean and nice inside. 2) The USP of hotel is that its right in the Mahabaleshwar city, so you can just walk down the road and hit the market area. 3) The taste of the food they serve is good. Cons: 1) The problem is that the rooms near the reception (where we got to stay) have no windows at all, so there is no ventilation and you are at the mercy of A/C. But some rooms on upper level have fairly good ventilation. 2) The hotel does not have big area, so no space to roam around inside the hotel. 3) No rastaurant where you can sit and eat, everything is delivered to your room. 4) Expensive compared to the ammenities it provides.
