I wished they had a microwave in the room. Also I did not like the hanging hooks and towel racks. They are sooo high. I almost fell trying to retrieve a towel. Please try to lower it. Think of us short people. Thank you in advance.
In few words ,every thing was nice,clean and good sized rooms, except the road front of property was not fixed well,

TVs are worn out and the pixels are holding less colour. Replace all TVs.

Nice clean property with big rooms. It is located very close to Oil & Gas related companies. Provides Decent breakfast which needs improvement. The place is located close to the beach and have nearby access to various restaurants in food malls closeby.
It was very nice hotel include nice staff and very good location . Really I enjoy my trip and I will come again to this hotel even alone or with my family. The hotel location near malls and food street

We received your observation feedback pertaining the property in which so far, this is the first time we received such comments, as we are indeed concerned the hotel environmental cleanliness most specifically Guest Rooms. In addition, information from the Front Desk coming from your end is the Iron which smelled burned.
Moreover, aforementioned feedback is noted.
Check-in was very quick! I was able to sleep peacefully and experienced no disruptions. The rooms do not have a USB charging dock so it's best to bring your own. The rooms are equipped with a minibar that you will need to pay for if you take the items. If you are unmarried, then you will need to provide a copy of your marriage certificate.

Appreciate your time for sharing with us your stay and indeed it is not only a hotel policy for unmarried couple or even your married but coming alone in the hotel specially for KUWAITI & LOCAL residence to check in together with proper documentation. For foreigner, marriage contract is no longer required if your wife is bearing your family name in the passport or any identification.

Everything was perfect during my stay, but the only things that I didn’t like are the smoking smell in the room and the TV channels which were missing the local Kuwaiti channels.

We apologize for the inconvenience, perhaps when you check in, our availability is only smoking room in which the Reception provide for you. I would rather suggest that in next booking kindly emphasize the non-smoking room feature so we can block in advance as much as possible. In addition our channels were programme the same though there are some which is not installed since it requires subscription for payment. Moreover since it is a local channel only, perhaps this is because of the signal due to unstable weather.
