“Perfect weekend getaway from NYC”

This hotel has been fully renovated and the room is very modern. It has all type of connections from hdmi to iphone dock but too bad there's no pool, refrigerator or microwave. Only minutes to the main road and you'll hit Walmart, Friendly's, Outback Steakhouse...and 30 minutes further there's Woodbury Outlet.

Everything was great. Staff was very pleasant, I even got to feed the fish one morning.

“Great escape”

The hotel is beautiful from the lobby through the resturant and longe right up to the fabulous rooms. We have been here twice in the past 6 months and love it. We especially love the Smart Tv setup be sure to ask about it. The rooms are so clean and the beds incredibly comfortable. A big thumbs up! And I saved the best for last -- the prices are unbelieveable, I am used to paying much more for average and below average rooms elsewhere.

“Our experience”

Arrived on schedule, assigned a room, bed looked as though someone slept in it, assigned to another room, bathroom floor was flooded. However, staff was very nice and professional, gave us an upgrade to a suite, a really, really nice room and we were very pleased. Hot breakfast is excellent! Lobby is beautiful.

Perfect for an overnight stay after a shopping trip to Woodbury Common Outlets with a girlfriend. Quiet, very well appointed for the rate, and an overall great experience.

“Great room(+). Noise(-)”

The hotel was great. The 'great room' type lobby was really nice and featured a koi pond and waterfall, which was beautiful. The hotel room was also nice and comfortable with modern amenities. The only downside was that the room faced the interior great room which features a bar. So while ideas ready to get some rest, I had to wait for the bar to close, and the lobby to clear before I could actually get some sleep,

“Poorly designed”

We booked an "executive" king room, their best room ever. The room had no window to the outside and was one of their "inner" rooms that was designed to make you cluster-phobic! It has a one way window overlooking the inside hallway of the hotel. They were playing an annoying music that was very audible inside the room. We could not last in that room for more than 5 minutes and called to request a different room that has a window to the outside. The front desk lady told me "sorry that's all we have". I requested to cancel my reservation and at that point she said: "let me see what I have". She transferred us to another double queen room that has a small window to the outside because "they were out of king rooms with a window". The room was clean and well kept, but we will never go to this hotel again. If you don't mind the jail-cell-like design and the music in your room all night, you may like this hotel.
