“very convenient very secure to the maximum A Plus”

A city like Caracas the place to stay in Maiquetía is Shipbuilding Express because when you first get there when the taxi takes you there they ask you in the parking if you have a reservation and if you do not have one, there no way that you could get in, and this this for own safety. I really felt very safe there is too much crime going on in Venezuela.

Area recommendations

Caracas but do not stay in the Marriott by the beach people get assaulted there it is too unsafe there.

“Not bad by Venezuelan standards”

Like everything else in this country, this hotel, which is probably around the calibre of a Hampton Inn, but charging Conrad prices, is way overpriced but this is typical for Venezuela. There is a restaurant that is hidden way in the back of the hotel that is equally overpriced for mediocre food and bad service.

“Great hotel to stay close to the airport”

I book this hotel because I have used other hotels in Maiquetia and they are awfull, it is very close to the airport, the security is amaizing, the staff was very nice and helpfull which very uncommon in Venezuela ususally people is rude and careless, the restaurant "the Grill" very good food a little pricy but the food was good, also I had a quick free breakfast before I left wich was good too. I totally recommend this hotel if what you need is to stay one night to catch your flight early the next day, I will definately will be back to stay there in the future
