Excellent hotel and one of the nicest cities I have visited. Staff were fantastic, treat us like VIPs from the moment we got there to when we left (welcome prosecco was a nice touch). The hotel in general is faultless, it surpassed our high expectations from reading reviews and we were very impressed. Would definitely stay again would highly recommend to anyone looking for something a bit special.

Have stayed in this hotel three times and all have been good experiences.great area in old part of town ,charming and full of character. Staff all pleasant and cannot do enough for you . Rooms are large with all amenities, breakfast buffet good. Near to castle and five minutes walk from Charles bridge but quiet and restful. Some good restaurants close. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Prague was colder than we expected for the end of May but overall thoroughly enjoyed the stay. We took the airport transfer taxi which was arranged by the hotel. Glad we did, as it was not near public transport. But it was walkable for a fit person to the Charles bridge.

Large room.Very quiet at night.Steep hill to climb to reach tram and also to get to castle so not great for those with mobility problems.Good restaurants nearby.Breakfast above average.Hotel very good value overall.Romantic feel.Excellent for couples.Shame that very small bar doubles as Reception office and breakfast room is quite small. However, breakfast lasts for 3hours and we never had to wait.Staff very efficient.

We found this hotel to be very well placed in the city: near the castle, lots of good restaurants, and a short walk or tram ride from the rest of the city. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They love their city and their hotel and it made us feel very welcome. The room was spacious and well equipped and clean. It was a pleasure staying here.

Prague’s “Little Quarter” on the hillside below the castle hasn’t changed much since the 18th century. Endowed with parks and gardens as well as historic buildings, it is one of the city’s most delightful areas, overlooking the Old Town across the Charles Bridge.
