From beginning to end, our stay at Aria was a perfect one. The staff was not just accommodating in every way, they anticipated our needs. The hotel itself is, without a doubt, simply gorgeous. A highlight for us was dinner at the Terrase, overlooking the red tiled roofs of the quarter and enjoying the menu's Czech specialities. Superb!

Excellent hotel and one of the nicest cities I have visited. Staff were fantastic, treat us like VIPs from the moment we got there to when we left (welcome prosecco was a nice touch). The hotel in general is faultless, it surpassed our high expectations from reading reviews and we were very impressed. Would definitely stay again would highly recommend to anyone looking for something a bit special.

We stayed 4 nights at The Charles in April. The hotel is very centrally located in Mala Strana, a very short walk to Charles Bridge and great restaurants. Many people opt to stay on the other side of the bridge in the Old Town, but we actually found the location in Mala Strana better, both for access to Prague castle and a little bit away from the crowds. It is very close to the Old Town just across the bridge. Through the hotel we organised a car to collect us at Praha Railway station, as well as to drop us to the airport on departure. It worked really well and was good value. The hotel itself is quite small, so not suitable for large groups, but our room was roomy and quiet as we faced into the centre away from the street, which we had requested - thanks Samir! There is a lift for those concerned about carrying bags. It was out of action for a short while but was fixed promptly. The staff were friendly, particularly Samir, and had good suggestions about things to see and do. Breakfast was ok, but got us off to a good start each day.

I have stayed in hotels and holiday accommodation all over the world, and I have to say the friendliness, attentiveness and overall service at the Questenberk Hotel is by far the best I've ever experienced. They made our stay exceptional from beginning to end.

Lovely room with great view into courtyard. Could hear the bells of St Nicholas every hour or so. Clean and comfortable room. Great bath. Location is near US embassy so very safe. My only gripe was the relatvely poor breakfast buffet. Stale cereal which was left out overnight, weak over diluted juice and average coffee. If this was improved I'd give it 5 stars

Prague’s “Little Quarter” on the hillside below the castle hasn’t changed much since the 18th century. Endowed with parks and gardens as well as historic buildings, it is one of the city’s most delightful areas, overlooking the Old Town across the Charles Bridge.
