Nite getaway to stay.
Hotel was nice and comfort. Staff was polite and helpful. Near to town area and easy to get food around the area. Just beside the hotel is the famous asam pedas pak man in Malaca.

Disappointed stay at Arenaa Delux
Very diasspointed with hotel beds. The mattresses are way too soft for comfort. The wifi were terribly slow. At times, there were disconnection. The fixture of the room were poorly maintain. And we found a dead cockroach underneath the beds. This says a lot about the hote cleanliness. The hotel was fantastic five years ago. But this time, the whole place was very poor indeed.

Need improvement on fixtures quality & cleanliness
Although we are quiet a frequent traveller to this hotel but we have never experienced the family suite at the 7th Floor. The wifi did not work unfortunately I need a wifi access/LAN Cable is not working as well so forget it if you need to access to your office email. The front office lied to you that they will get it fixed but truly that just a comfort word for your so that you will slowly digest and forget about it. The fixtures in the room 702 is almost fallen apart, I fixed one lamp but the other fixture (towel hanger)in the bathroom gave away one air Cond to cool 4 persons (not enough on sunny day) Breakfast and coffee was good moderate

Friendly staff and spacious room. The hotel is a long walk from shopping malls. The bed was comfy however the big letdown was the towels which are old, small and very stained. I would not stay again.

Horrible Noise from Chinese Tourists
Average facilities but nice decor. Chinese tourists talking loudly in the corridor from one end to the other end and doors were shut loudly. No peaceful moment at all. We have to check out immediately that evening. Will not come back to this hotel again.

Need improvement
The aircond doesn't function well even they have two in family room. Same goes with the water heater. The wifi connection is so bad.the menus for breakfast should include more delicious and appetizing food.Hope the management will improve more for those stated above.anyway the view is quite nice and the staff services is good.

I was given a room on the 6th floor facing the shops etc and loved the stay and the enviroment. If ever i come down to malacca i will definately stay i hotel areena.

Homely and comfortable
The room is very clean and the amenities are well-thought of. For example, a part of the wall linking the bedroom and toilet is made opaque so that if you turn off all the lights in the bedroom and still leave the lights in the toilet on, you can see. This is especially good for travellers who tend to sleep with the toilet lights left on.
