This is a lovely family run hotel/apartments. The staff are so friendly and helpful, especially the beautiful receptionist and Leo in the dining room/bar.. The rooms are basic but adequate and spotlessly clean.. Clean towels and crisp white sheets every day.No fridge or kettle in the room but Leo helped us with a wine bucket and ice! Will take a travel kettle next time. Lovely, well kept gardens. Will definitely be back and will recommend to others. Truly don't know how they do it for the price.

Arrived late and stayed two nights but bar is open til around 2am which meant we could eat and relax after long travel! Breakfast was the best with several complimentary fruit juice (freshly squeezed) and in evening the staff would give bowl after bowl of popcorn :) the strip the hotel was on gave a huge variety of food and drink, perfect for people watching :D everything immaculately clean in hotel and room. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and definitely coming back sometime soon! Muchos graçias Hotel La Chancla

For me and my family, Puente Romano is a haven. Not far from London, the whole place is a perfect get away. I have just loved my 6th visit to the hotel, and this certainly will not be my last. For me it is an annual trip and the hotel cannot be beaten.

Great hotel in a wonderful location, everything you could wish for outside the hotel was a stones throw away.
The staff were all very helpful and friendly and it was a very relaxing place to stay.
My only criticism was that if travelling by road to the hotel, then it was extremely difficult to locate and once you did then the car park was equally difficult to find. The hotel is located in a paved area and is not accessible by road. However, once you have located the car park then a porter comes to your rescue. Very expensive to park your car on a daily basis. Having said that, we had a very nice stay there and will certainly return.

we stayed only for one night, room was good, clean with good beds. the hotel itself is excellent, great location in the middle of the action and close to the beach. good location means noisy at night and we had to walk 500 metres and have the gps showing us the way to get to the hotel, but parking in the streets nearby was free
