Feels at homePosted May 17, 2014 on Hotels.com
Although we stayed only for a night at Baraka B&B, it was a memorable experience. After booking via hotels.com, Anahid acknowledged and response to my email promptly. Anahid welcomed us at the door with so much warmth and love. She explained to us the directions to the important sights since we only had a few hours that day to explore. Upon entering, we could feel that Anahid puts a lot of love and effort to spruce up and decorate the house was simply amazing. Breakfast was simple affair of toast, coffee/tea and fruits but what was important was the company. After preparing breakfast for her next guest, she joined us at the table. We talked about how she started Baraka, her sons in California, her hometown in Lebanon, etc. It felt like we were catching up with an old friend. There is complimentary reliable wifi, tea & coffee facilities, fan and hot shower in the B&B. Highly recommended. It would be a joy to know Anahid! Thank you for everything!

An absolute gem of a place. A homely B and B full of Andalusian charm. We stayed with our two children and would highly recommend it for hospitality and location.

Didn't meet expectations but the rain didn't help!Posted Nov 24, 2013
Cons: Food at breakfast was tasty but not in great quantity. Heating in the room and bathroom needs improving
Location: In the old town and within easy walking distance of major sites. Difficult vehicle access.
Lovely hostess at this quaint B and B. This is not a luxury stay at all but adequite and well located in this wonderful Andalucean hilltop town.

Wonderful place to stay, with or without childrenPosted Aug 15, 2013
Pros: very personal, friendly service
Location: the old town of Ronda is a glorious place to visit with spectacular views, walks and great food
The B&B is a wonderful place to stay, with or without children, but for those with, it is perfect! The family room is really two rooms with a privacy curtain, with a double bed in each part (the bed in the children's room is a sofa bed, and there is a TV and DVD player etc as well). The beds are very comfortable and once the kids are asleep, you can take your bottle of wine up to the beautiful roof terrace overlooking the old town of Ronda. Despite having an amazing view over the roofs and mountains beyond, it is completely private up there and because the place is so small, you're unlikely to be disturbed by other guests either. Your host, Anahid, goes out of her way to make sure that your visit is as perfect as it can be. We will be returning here, with or without the little ones!

Highlight of our trip to SpainPosted Jul 17, 2013 on Hotels.com
I can't recommend this place more. Not so much a hotel as a bed and breakfast. The host was wonderful. So helpful, generous, and accommodating. She provided a wonderful breakfast, helped us find the sites, and provides a booklet she prepared with favorite restaurants and other attractions you might not necessarily find. This was such a memorable experience in a truly beautiful place.

Baraka hotel, RondaPosted Jun 3, 2013
This small hotel is in a great location, very close to the town centre. The rooms are small, but clean and pleasant. There is quite a good view from one of the rooms. Although we requested a double room, not all the rooms have double beds. The Owner was kind enough to push two singles together, but they still had a gap between. The breakfast is basic but very filling. Very pleasant stay, lovely host.

excellent location, wonderful hostessPosted May 12, 2013
Pros: location and comfort
Cons: better heating
Anahid was very welcoming and helpful. She served a wonderful breakfast and conversation each morning. She was full of helpful hints about the area. The inn itself was charming, cute, comfortable, and clean. One one thing was that it was a little cold in early May and our room was quite cold. A space heater is provided, did not provide quite enough heat (may be a little too cold if it were winter). I would definitely recommend this bed and breakfast to all my friend.

Ideally situated in the old townPosted Feb 19, 2013 on Hotels.com
Anahid was a lovely host. Very knowledgeable of the area with some great recommendations for sites to see and restaurants to eat at. Parking at Ronda is a bit difficult with no parking in the old town. Property was very clean and tidy and nice breakfast provided.
