Late check in. Had to get keys from a hotel. Person not very friendly. Also had to get a 2nd taxi to our apartment as place so huge and details of it were very unclear. The security man was very helpful even though he had only a little English and we had a little Spanish. Number on key was 216 but apartment number was 7A!!!

Dear client, Sorry about the problems at your arrival. Our reception hours are: 10-1,30 and 4-7 pm, after this time, you can collect the keys at the reception of Nerja Club Hotel. Your agency should informed you and also that the our houses are located in the three complexes of Capistrano. The key number is not the same as your home for security. holiday on the sun
The apartment was very nice although the balcony was very small. The servicing of the apartment was really good and the surroundings were attractive, the bar was near our apartment and served english food, if that is what you want. The main downside was that it was a half hour walk into Nerja and the journey back was all up hill. However if the walking doesn't bother you then it is fine. I would use this booking again.

Repeat visitor to a great complex
Regular returning visitor to Capistrano Village. Nice unit this time with sunny terrace, well equipped and spotlessly clean (as always). For some the hill may become too much of a walk, especially in the Summer, but taxis are easy to find and relatively cheap in Nerja. Also, the Urban bus can take you up there for just 60 cents - but they don't run late in the winter months

wonderful stay.
The whole complex is so pretty, clean and well kept. Flowers, trees and lawns all immaculate, so were the swimming pools though too cold to swim in at this time of year.

Short break
A short break in Nerja for a birthday celebration. There was a problem with the location if the apartment but it was resolved quickly and efficiently. Located reasonably close to town yet quiet and peaceful would certainly return and use Hotels.Com again.

Really beautiful village of private villas. We were at the very top on the hill. About a 30 min walk to the main town and a 5 minute walk to the pool area. It was a bit difficult to find where you actually check in, and we asked for the villa to be close to our friends but the local company said Hotels.com didn't tell them this. The check-in man was fairly rude. The villa was very big, two bedrooms and very clean. It was quite out-dated though and the beds were very uncomfortable. We only stayed for 4 nights so could up with it. It's a good location for a quiet holiday, especially if you have young kids / babies. Teenagers would be very bored as nothing to do on site.

Beautiful Nerja
Lovely small villa on the San Juan capistrano site, with bus stop right outside (hourly service until 8pm) The villa had well equipped kitchen,dishwasher, microwave etc and even included tea towels, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid etc. The bedding was basic and only one pillow per person which i thought could be improved on for comfort The garden was equipped with sun loungers and seat pads and was very private. Suggest ask for a villa in quiet location as we could hear loud music from the nearby local housing as this Capistrano borders a residential area. Lovely village - plenty to see with friendly people too. Recommend Caves +++ Frigliana also worth a visit (and walks if feeling energetic) into hills, Granada is a 1.5hrs coach journey away or quicker if by car and definitely worth the trip - we were able to buy tickets on the day (15 euros) for The Alhambra despite all the websites saying advance purchase essential.

Lovely Spanish family complex
We were very pleasantly surprised by the apartment, it was clean and very traditional. Two great size bedrooms with a dining area and kitchen with WM in the downstairs bathroom. The pool was only a short walk and was lovely. Great little restaurant on site with a small supermarket. The only downside was the hill, if you are fit it will not be a problem though..overall would definitely go back but hire a car.

Nerja Apartments
Nerja is a great place but beware, many of the appartments are on a hill - a steep hill - dont get me wrong, I consider myself fairly fit but one night my 5 year old boy ( who didnt complain a bit about the steps may I add ) counted 320 steps up to our room, and we were only two thirds of the way up. Our apartment was clean and fully fitted but no air con ( a must when it was 40 degrees for 3 days ), ceiling fans were just not good enough A lovely place but not for anyone slightly unfit or unable to walk up and down to the beech every day - and you need to as their isnt a shop around !!! Beech lovely and well provided for but the sand very gravely and dark The Old Town ( again up a hill ) fantastic with an array of shops for everyone Still had a great week

Krásný čistý komplex ubytování,velká spokojenost.K bazénu pár metrů.Moře cca 1,2km pěšky. Krásná klidná oblast a supermarket kousek od ubytování.Byla jsem velmi spokojená.Doporučuji.

Felaktig info.
Har bara en anmärkning. I beskrivningen av hotellet stod det att det var gratis wi-fi i alla rum. Tyvärr stämde inte det. Det var bara i receptionen det var så. 10 Euro för en vecka kostade det att få tillgång till wi-fi på rummet. Tråkigt !! I övrigt jättefint boende !

Nell' appartamento non è presente wifi che invece si trova nella zona della reception che è distante 1,4 km(l'area wifi si trova in una hall all'aperto quindi bisogna sperare che sia una giornata calda)..per raggiungere l'appartamento bisogna percorrere 300 mt a piedi( non si può arrivare direttamente con l'auto che va lasciata parcheggiata in strada) tramite un viottolo in salita e stretto..con le borse della spesa o la pioggia o dei bambini diventa veramente difficoltoso. L'appartamento era pulito e attrezzato di tutto (anche se la lavatrice non funzionava)e offre una bella vista sul Mediterraneo

Dejligt sted. Vi fik en opgradering, da det vi havde booket ikke var ledigt. Så vi endte i en villa med egen swimmingpool :-)

Bra vistelse i capistrano village. Negativt med lägenheten var de mycket slitna möblerna med skynken över. Ej rena. Fint badrum. Mycket jobbig väg till stranden. Branta backar. Fint område med pooler och enklare restaurang.

Fijn en rustig verblijf.
Goed en ruim appartement, inrichting wat verouderd maar keuken en badkamer prima. Geen koffieapparaat, jammer. Geen WiFi, kan in deze tijd eigenlijk ook niet meer. Ligging een beetje achteraf, maar wel heerlijk rustig, wel een auto nodig.

Positivt ophold. Vi fik anvist et hus i 2 etager, som lå for sig selv, med busholdeplads lige uden for hoveddøren. Stor terrasse med fantastisk udsigt over Nerja og Middelhavet.Stille og roligt område. Desværre ingen aircondition, men ellers var huset fint udstyret inkl. vaskemaskine. Skift af håndklæder midt på ugen, ingen rengøring eller ekstra toiletpapir/køkkenrulle. Satelit tv med skandinaviske kanaler. WiFi kun ved poolen/receptionen som fungerede dårligt 3 pools, men kun ved receptionen, dvs. et godt stykke fra vores hus.Desværre er der mange baderestriktioner, så det kan være lidt svært for børn at udfolde sig. Liggestole koster EUR 3,- pr. stk. Dog er der livredder, bar og restaurant. Terrænet er meget kuperet, så det er næsten et must at have bil.Lå ikke i gå afstand til supermarked og restauranter. Kritik punkt at der ikke er en døgn bemandet reception i tilfælde af problemer, som ikke involvere politi el.lign. Desværre opdagede vi, sent om aftenen på ankomstdagen, at der ikke var redt op til alle 4 personer og at der manglede håndklæder til 2 personer. Hvilket ikke blev løst for næste eftermiddag.

Perfekt för lugn familjesemester
Mycket trevligt gemytligt område med bra pool område och den lägenheten vi hyrde var alldeles utmärk med två våningar och sovrum både uppe och nere. Fantastisk terrass med utsikt över hela Nerja och medelhavet. Lite minus var att incheckning sker endast vissa tider men går att hämta nycklar på annat hotell och väldigt knapphändiga uppgifter innan vistelsen. Vi är ändå hur nöjda som helst och återvänder mer än gärna till just denna lägenhet

Jobbig uppförsbacke
Hotellanläggningen är väldigt stor och delad i två områden. Vårt område hette San Juan de Capistrano och låg en bit bort från receptionen (ca 10 min gångväg). Ett fint och välskött område, mycket vackert. Men också väldigt kuperat. Från stadens centrum så är det en lång väg uppför och det är en ganska jobbig väg att gå. Speciellt om man handlat lite matvaror med sig. Vid receptionen finns en mataffär med hyfsat utbud men uppe vid vårt område så fanns bara en liten affär med väldigt dåligt utbud. Tydligen får man bara använda poolområdet som tillhör det egna området vilket är ganska märkligt. Dessutom tog de ut avgifter för solstolar och parasoll även för hotellets gäster vilket vi tyckte var hutlöst. Huset vi bodde i var helt ok, rymligt med en stor altan. Däremot väldigt kallt så här på hösten, oisolerat såklart och med väldiga glipor mellan vägg och altandörr. Vi frös på nätterna. Överlag ett ok hotellområde men inte mycket att göra för varken vuxna eller barn. Skulle jag åka till Nerja igen så skulle jag välja ett hotell närmre centrum och stränderna.

Overraskende godt. Måske var vi heldoge med boligen men den vi fik var rigtig dejlig. God plads, teresse med udsigt over Nerja og havet, lille have og solterrasse samt meget velholdte grømme områder omkring boligerne. Godt nærtliggende mindre poolområde med lille restaurant og god, frisk betjening.Vi nød Nerja, El Capistrano Complejo de Apartamentos Turisticos og kommer gerne igen.

comfortabel apartement
alles bij de hand in dit apartementencomplex. rustig gelegen, 5 autominutenminuten van verschillende stranden. apartement ruim en zeer prijsgunstig.
