Handy location and very nice hotel.Posted Aug 20, 2014
Pros: Location and decor.
Cons: Kettle in the room.
Location: Bull ring and beach and a few restaurants. About a 10/15 minutes into Malaga town.
Great location, overlooking the bull ring and right next to the beach. Easy to find, bus to the airport was about 300 meters from the hotel. Had gluten free breakfast options too!! Nicely decorated hotel. No kettle in the room though for tea/ coffee. All good..

Great location and very clean.Posted Jul 13, 2014
Pros: The location and the cleanliness. The view was very unusual.
Cons: The service in the bar/restuarant.
Location: Bullring, beach, Picasso gallery, roman remains, good access to other locations eg Gibraltar, Torremolinos, Peurto Banus loads more.
We booked room only and only ate in the hotel once, this would have been twice but the service was very slow and un attentive. The hotel is in a great location and had a bakery next door where we had breakfast most days. Our room on the 9th floor overlooked the bull ring. Spectacular.

Pros: The location near the port, beach and city centre. The terrace and the views you get from it. The staff were very friendly and helpful too.
Really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The hotel has a great terrace on the top floor with views of the coast, port and city centre. The beach is only a couple of minutes away as are all the bars and restaurants at the port. The Galopain cafe attached to the hotel is very good too. You can walk into the city centre in ten minutes and there is also a great walk up to the castle too which starts near the hotel. Worth stopping for a drink at the parador at the top. Malaga city centre is very nice with plenty of shops and restaurants to keep you going. It is also easy to reach the local bus station or the main bus and train stations if you want to visit anywhere out of Malaga. It is easy to get buses or trains to the resorts along the coast or to one of the nearby cities such as Granada, Seville or Cordoba. All in all, Malaga is a cracking place for a city break.

Nice hotel, close to the port, the beech and townPosted Jun 6, 2014
Pros: Location, and room.
Cons: As always would be great if it was cheaper.
Location: Very close to the center of town, 100 meters from the beach and 400 meters from the port.
THe room was fantastic, with two areas and three seperate beds. Perfect for a family of three or four. The hotel location was perfect for the beech, the port and the center of town. Local bus services run from nearby. The coffee shop under the hotel was good value for breakfast.

Excellent LocationPosted May 4, 2014
Pros: Great location near port/beach and gardens yet near main sights, restaurants and shopping. Breakfast good and fresh. Some good views from rooftop.
Cons: Lifts too small for numbers using them (max 5 which is a crush). Plastic sheeting under sheets which making sleeping uncomfortably hot - even with a/c
Location: All main sights eg Cathedral, Fortress 10 minute walk. Good base for getting buses or trains as there are many places to visit from Malaga.
Overall a good hotel, great value and great location. As others have commented could do with a facelift. Staff friendly and within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops and sights. Great tip from others was getting the A line bus from outside the exit of airport to last stop which is opposite hotel. Only 3 Euros and are every 30 minutes. Takes about 30 minutes. We asked for a high floor to avoid noise of traffic which you get at front and was fine as we could see the port (at the back you get a view of the bullring). There is a taxi stance outside the hotel which is useful if you get tired walking about or to get to station.
