Lovely welcome upon arrival and was selected as a VIP customer so received some goodies (cava, bathrobe and slippers… those little luxuries of life). Was not expecting this! Looks like we all entered into a draw for this or something like that when booking, thank you very much! Room is very spacious, well maintained with nice views of the main square and a bit of the sea. Shower is good too! Breakfast is great, it has many options and good quality product. Staff is very warm and helpful. I haven’t used the swimming but it is a lovely spot to sunbathe and relax. No rowdy customers on sight, it is family oriented, therefore, great stay! Will be back as soon as I can.

Staff were very helpful and courteous. We asked a couple of questions about getting to different places and the staff went over and above to help us. We only had breakfast at the hotel and the food was very nice. We used the pool bar and the staff again were lovely and food was lovely. Would definitely recommend snd stay at this hotel again

The hotel was absolutely excellent. Staff were fantatsic and very helpful. Rooms are perfect. Large, clean. Opportunities for twice daily room cleaning (11am and 6pm) so you can have a lie. Food was fantatsic. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful! Grounds and entrance are crisp, clean and beautiful. Deifnitely recommend.

Really loved this hotel ! Everywhere was spotless . The only thing that was disappointing was the are around the pool ! The man cleaned it every morning ,but unfortunately it is the way it has been done that’s the problem it doesn’t look great as it’s absorbed dirt as it’s a porous substance used ! Definitely needs looking at . But we would return as it’s a fabulous hotel for cleanliness and location . Noisy road at side but didn’t bother us at all

First visit to this hotel, and was really impressed. Decent sized clean rooms, good restaurant and excellent breakfast buffet. Didn’t eat evening meal in the hotel as there are so many bars and restaurants nearby. The pool area is fine and there is a pool bar and grill serving drinks and snacks etc. There is a busy dual carriageway that runs adjacent to the rear of the hotel which does get a bit noisy at peak times, the hotel has good noise insulation so it didn’t really disturb our sleep.

Great stay! The hotel is walking distance to all areas. Rooms were very spacious. Small touch ups required for paint & carpet stains in the corridors. I would recommend this hotel to family & friends.

The location is really good the rooms are clean and spacious. The air con is useless in the rooms we had to open the doors and we was road side so the noise was a joke! Getting ready drying my hair was a nightmare as was sweating! The reception is so so slow they are lovely staff but need at least 5 people on the double sided reception as it’s always so busy! We used our milk the first day we was there this never got replaced at all even after 6 days. The pool doesn’t open until 10am it should be 9am as we are up and about at 9 and want to sunbath. This is a good hotel but needs to tweek the above to be really good. Would stay again but aware of all the above.

However, with the windows open, it is much more difficult to reach a low temperature and maintain it, and this is putting more strain on the equipment and reducing efficiency. Our tecnitians check and repair any failure as soon as it is known. We appreciate your feedback regarding the reception service and will work on improving our efficiency to better serve our guests. As for the milk in your room, our housekeeping team should have replaced it, and we apologize for the oversight. First time to Puerto Banus
Just loved the hotel, front desk staff and housekeeping. The buffet breakfast had plenty to offer. The location was great, just a short walk to the marina and taxi's around. Their was artwork for sale by local artists which I think is great for the hotel to do. I did not use the pool but it looked fine from my balcony.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND 👍!!!
I cannot recommend this hotel enough. We stayed here for 3 nights which also included breakfast. The hotel itself is luxurious, 2 pools, rooms are cleaned each day, all staff are polite and friendly, art gallery, jewellery shop on site, the breakfast was amazing and caters for anything you could ever want. The beds were very comfortable too. I would highly recommend and I will be going back.

The property was modern, clean and had great facilities. The staff were extremely polite and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. We also really enjoyed the breakfast as there was a good selection of hot and cold options! I would definitely stay again!

The hotel was lovely and clean and in a good location. It was a short walk to the marina and beaches as well as shops and restaurants. We hired a car so it was easy to visit other resorts along the coast although parking is expensive. The room was spacious and we had a lovely view of the pool but the proximity to the main road did result in traffic noise. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice and the dining area bright and modern. Our only grumble was the small kitchen area in the room had no equipment in whatsoever and I understand that there is a charge for this if required. However we did ask for a kettle and cups which were provided but would always expect tea/coffee making facilities as standard. Pool towels were provided but a charge to change them - again something we’ve not experienced before. All in all a lovely relaxing stay but just the odd niggle

It was the best experience I’ve had! I travelled solo and felt so safe and comfortable. Staff are friendly and hotel smelt amazing and clean. Location is perfect for walking and cycling everywhere!
