“Can't wait to go back”

I had a very nice time at the H10, anytime I had any questions or needed help, the front desk was on the job. I would recommend staying on the higher level floors, the buffet breakfast bar was excellent.

H10 Palmasol is in a perfect location in centre of Benalmadena, 5 mins for the marina and 2 mins up a hill to the 24 hour party square. Great for families and couples alike. also good for friends to go for a weekend break. Takes 20 mins from airport to get there in a taxi costing 30pounds sterling or you can get a train for 2 euros.

I have stayed at this hotel 3 times now in the last 12 months on short breaks - it is very well positioned for a relaxing holiday. The beach is very close by, a hand full of shops and restaurants are along the pathway by the beach - suitable for most tastes. The facilities at the hotel are adequate, the pool cleaned meticulously and there is a pool attendant/life guard every day. The pool bar serve a good selection of foods served quickly by friendly staff. The hotel overall is clean and tidy although there is always room for improvement.

Very good value for money hotel, but the balcony doors were of poor design so opening and closing them would have been difficult for an unfit person. The problem lay in the poor quality runners that the doors slid along. otherwise we were very pleased.

“Good budget Hotel in great location”

This hotel is excellently located for the Marina & beaches, both with a 3 minute walk of the hotel. Hotel was clean and had a nice pool area with ample loungers. The buffet breakfasts are of reasonable standard but the staff seemed pretty rude. Benalmadena is a good place to relax as the marina provides a picturesque setting for the array of bars and restaurants. Its a fairly lively town at night but with a family atmosphere and a little more upmarket than its neighbour Torremolinos. Despite the close proxmity of the hotel to the marina it is still sheltered from all the noise.

“Building work surrounding the Hotel”

Make no mistake, this is a lovely Hotel. Perfectly positioned for the Port Marina ( 5 mins walk ) and Bus stops to and from various points of interest 5 mins walk from Hotel at the top of the road. The Pool area surrounded by Palm Trees ( hence Palma Sol ) creates a lovely relaxing area..How-ever because of the extent of Building work on the road,which amazingly cannot be heard from the Pool Area, but some of the rooms face directly onto the new building adjacent to the Hotel. This is why the Management will not give the Hotel exterior a lick of paint it needs.We will wait till all the Building work has been completed ( approx 2yrs )until we go back their, But when all is finished, this road will be very swish indeed, a lovely block of apartments are close by. and this upgrades the area too.

The hotel is located very close to the Marina so there is plenty of choice of restaurants and shops. The hotel itself is very clean and the staff very friendly. I enjoyed my stay, however the apartment block opposite is currently empty and has been recently purchased by a developer so watch out for building work over the next couple of months.
