Nice hotel lovely staff close to beachPosted Sep 7, 2014
Pros: Loved the beach club and it was quite laid back atmosphere.
Cons: More cabanas at the pool and beach club would be nice or more comfortable sun loungers.
Location: Not much around unless you like a walk or are prepared to get taxis which are always outside. Short walk to Banus but very long walk to marbella.
We stayed for 4 nights upon arrival the reception staff were amazingly helpful, explained everything to us well and spoke very good English. My husband and I stayed for 4 nights rooms were light and airy everything worked and they were very clean the facilities were good nice pool quite small pool area but it was big enough for the size of the hotel. The beach club was great drinks weren't expensive small charge for the sunbeds but nice place to spend the day and the drinks were cheaper than the hotel bar. The beach was very close and clean with more hotel sunbeds available for a small charge. Easy walk to puerto Banus along the beach path which was well lit at night overall had a lovely stay. We only had breakfast at the hotel and the food was satisfactory but I am a fussy eater so bear that in mind. Would return to this hotel but probably not with children as I didn't see much activity for them and the baby pool was very small

Tired hotel with surly staffPosted Aug 28, 2014
This hotel looks grand but is past it's best. It could still be good though if the staff cared. With a couple of exceptions, they simply don't.

Nice hotel close to the beachPosted Aug 10, 2014
Pros: Breakfast was perfect enjoyed it everyday
Cons: Dinner wasn't great and for some reason men need to wear long trouser at dinner - seems odd.
Location: really near to puerto banus
Clean room, friendly staff. Decent facilities. NIce spa. Basic gym equipment. Not more you could ask for really. cabs were expensive but buses were cheap and easy to use.

Well located hotel but infrastructure tiredPosted Aug 4, 2014
Pros: Good Points - large rooms, excellent staff and great buffet breakfast
Cons: Bad Points - Common parts tired, pink and green colour scheme, bathrooms need a refurb, pool area is short of sunbeds and umbrellas
Location: 15 minute walk to Puerto Banus 5 minutes in cab to Marbella centre
Stayed here for 3 nights in July 2014. Good Points - large rooms, excellent staff and great buffet breakfast Bad Points - Common parts tired, pink and green colour scheme, bathrooms need a refurb, pool area is short of sunbeds and umbrellas Would not stay again and would look elsewhere

Clean hotelPosted Jul 26, 2014
Pros: The pool staff, especially Pablo couldn't do enough for you
Cons: Kettle in the room when requested
Location: Easy walking distance to Porto Banus
The advertised pictures are mostly at the beach club which isn't included in the all inclusive for dining and having dun loungers which is slightly deceptive as they come at an additional cost!

Excellent hotel very close to the beachPosted Jul 23, 2014
The beach is not fantastic, but at least it has sand, compared to other beaches in Europe where you have to try to accommodate yourself on top of pebbles. The area is beautiful, and from Marbella we made easy day trips to the Alhambra in Granada and to the Mosque/Cathedral in Cordoba, both absolutely worth a visit.

Absolutely fabulous hotel in every way!Posted Jul 12, 2014
Cons: Nothing - customer service is obviously of paramount importance with this hotel
Location: Fifteen minute walk along the beach and over the little bridge is the beautiful Puerto Banus where all the activity takes place
From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we were treated like royalty! The staff were most attentive, but not intrusive. Nothing was a problem. Every single member greeted you with a pleasant 'Ola' when you passed. The ambience was second to none.....very calming, nice subtle music and a beautiful subtle aroma was prevalent throughout. The room was a large well laid out area with excellent balcony with a partial view of sea and pool area. Very quiet at night. The sol club area was fab too however you have to pay for the sunbeds here circa 8 euros for the day. It was well worth it due to being next to the sea front and all the tranquil surroundings, pool, bar, restaurant. They also have entertainment here on some nights. We were fortunate enough to experience a fabulous Spanish flamenco night which was excellent. I could go on and on about the qualities of this hotel however suffice to say that we will def go back. One minor criticism would be that the cocktails were a bit expensive so it may be worth considering an all inclusive option.

Great hotel, great locationPosted Jul 9, 2014
Pros: Location, staff, food
The views from the main balcony as you enter the hotel are amazing! The staff were very welcoming and the manager always made sure we were happy with everything. The hotel has lots of facilities, and the food from the restaurant was great. There were 12 of us on holiday for a stag, and we chose the hotel because of the location. The beach is less than 2 minutes away and it's a short walk to the main strip where all the clubs/bars are. Couldn't have asked for anything more from the hotel!

We loved the new of the white building standing against the blue sky. It was a beautiful hotel with excellent breakfast included. I would definitely stay there again.
