“Great family hotel for some beach and pool time!”

What a great hotel and a super bang for your buck! We stayed for two nights with our three year old son. The swimming area for children was incredible! Definitely get the breakfast buffet with your room; it´s a great value and the selection is wonderful. It´s not a Las Vegas buffet mind you, but still was a welcomed treat that exceeded our expectations for Spain! Very clean. It´s right next to teh beach - just walk from the swimming pool to the beach in 1 minute. We took a cab from the airport and I think we got overcharged (30 euros), but there were 5 of us and 5 suitcases. You could potentially walk to the bus stop or train stop (Torremolinas stop) from the hotel, but I wouldn´t recommend it at night if you don´t know where you´re going because it´s about a 15 minute walk with a few turns. Overall, a GREAT hotel!

“Great family hotel”

This hotel is perfect for families with small children. We were just there as a couple but noticed that most of the guest were young families. There are plenty of pools and programs for the children. The breakfast food in the buffet was very good and varied. It is on a centeal areas of Torremolinos and being on the boardwalk is a bonus. I would highly recommend it. If you are not fond of children then perhaps an adults only hotel would be a better choice.

“Excellent Family Hotel with Huge Pool and Great Location”

You will regret not booking this place if you are traveling with your family to Torremolinos and/or the Malaga area. 2 pools, great location near the train station with easy access to the airport (15 min./max) and Malaga (20 min./max). There are shops, bars, entertainment for adults and children, a playground, 2 restaurants, etc etc etc. 100% satisfied with the entire experience. They even held our bags behind the counter for 2 days while we took a boat over to Morocco. Eduardo at the front desk is the man to talk to.

“Fair value for a resort area hotel.”

European style of hotel with small rooms and very hard mattresses and firm pillows. The air conditioning in the rooms worked satisfactorily but could have gotten the room cooler for my taste. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pools were nice and well kept and easy access to the beach right across a two lane road. No pool towels, bring (or buy) your own. The hotel did contract out with a tour organization for daily trips to areas within the region. We took advantage of a one day tour to Gibralter which we felt was reasonable and a good value. The hotel was a ten minute cab drive to the airport which worked well with our travel plans.

“This hotel was ideal for older, retired people in”

Very satisfied. Dinner and wine expensive. The hotel did not accept US credit cards for payment. (They accepted European ones). Reason given: US banks charge too much commission.

“Nice location, close to the beach”

This is a big hotel, with a nice location right next to the beach. Make sure you get a room with a balcony facing the sea. The hotel is oriented towards families, so stay away if you don't like children. There was no room service available, which is strange for a hotel of this size.

“Don't expect to get the room you booked when you check in”

This hotel is very nice, right on the water with wonderful pools and a beautiful view of the water. However, we booked a sea view, double bed room and when we checked in we were told that they 'a guarantee of a sea view room with a double bed was only a request and that you can't be sure you'll get one until you check in?. So, we ended up in a room with a sea view but my wife and I were sleeping in twin beds. Don't expect to get what you pay for at this hotel.

“Good price at the time I booked.”

Had a good price when I booked and was near the beach, that's it. At check-in they asked for the printed confirmation, which I didn't have because I booked while in Spain and didn't have a printer; it was a mess, then they asked if I could resend de email, I had to borrow a local cell phone with internet (wi-fi was an extra charge), at least that fixed the problem. Staff was acceptable, not very kind nor rude. Breakfast was nothing outstanding. Book only if it's on discount, would not pay whole price.
