Excellent hotel in a great locationPosted Jul 4, 2014
Beautiful hotel in a great location close to the beach. Close enough to travel to Marbella old town, market, cabopino and lots of other places

Great hotel in a good location close to the sea.Posted Jul 1, 2014
Pros: The friendly relaxed atmosphere. A wide range of guests.
Location: This hotel is located a short walk from the beach where there are various restaurants which all open in the evening. Nikki Beach is not far to walk.
I chose this hotel for a short break. Everything about this hotel was great. The hotel was very clean and well laid out. The staff were all very helpful and very friendly. Nothing was too much of a problem. We chose the breakfast buffet included option and this was a good choice. We ate a substantial breakfast each which kept us going until dinner time in the evenings. The buffet was all fresh and there was plenty. There were 3 of us in one room and we had plenty of space.

Modern hotel on a steep hill with sea viewsPosted Jul 1, 2014
Pros: The staff are well trained in customer relations
Cons: The location of the hotel in relation to the beach needs to fully explained
Location: This is a beach hotel not directly on the beach. The beach club is nice but expensive and a steep walk back to the hotel
We paid for a superior room with sea views. Our room did not have sea views but the terrace had a good side sea view. We were offered an alternative dark room on the ground floor with obscure views to the distant sea,but declined it as we didn't see the point of moving / upheaval for an inferior room. The assistant manager said we were not owed any compensation as we declined their offer to move. We would caution any one thinking of booking this hotel to check carefully all the descriptions and small print .

Perfect hotel for a getaway near MarbellaPosted Jun 25, 2014
We had a great stay in the hotel. Superb staff always ready to help! Great food and alfresco breakfast on the terrace. Loved the rooms and amazing bathrooms playing classically music :) We will be back soon!

Pleasant enough but not really luxuryPosted Jun 25, 2014
Pros: Restaurant food and knock-out Sangria
Cons: Service - not enough staff
Location: A bit away from the nice part of Marbella: ok if you are after the beach.
Arrived late around midnight, nobody around to help with bags, hard to park. Rooms large and pleasant but welcomed by a huge cockroach in our bathroom. Very uncomfortable round pillows left me with a severe stiff neck. Breakfast buffet good variety but queues for the Nespresso machine as the house pour coffee insipid. On our last day they failed to deliver our room service breakfast because they got the time wrong from our hand-written order. Food at hotel restaurants very good especially in the evening at (?) Baraka.

5 star hotel with 2 star staff!Posted Jun 20, 2014
The hotel itself is beautiful and situated just as short walk from Nikki Beach club so it suited us perfectly. The rooms were clean and well presented and the grounds were immaculate. The staff however were terrible. With the exception of the doorman and the pool bartender, everyone else was rude, slow and incompetent. One of our guests had an I Phone stolen from the room, presumably by the maid as nothing else was touched and the staff did nothing at all to help.

Fantastic hotel for a relaxing break!!Posted Jun 19, 2014
Cons: The vigilance of the towels on beds/sun loungers. Seems to happen here al lot more than other hotels!
Location: Near some local shops and a very large Mercadona! also a 5 min walk to the beach!
Arrived at the hotel after a 30 minutes transfer from Malaga airport that cost us 60Euros. The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming, and we received a free glass of prosecco upon arrival while our bags were escorted to our room. The rooms are lovely an big with a large bathroom that is perfect for a couple sharing. My only issue with the room albeit a small one was that rather than a double bed we had two singles pushed together, but as I said this is hardly a deal breaker. We had a wonderful balcony with a great view of the hillside, although I did notice that some rooms had essentially a Juliette balcony so probably worth checking with the hotel about this if a balcony is important to you. The pools were fantastic and very clean with plenty of sun loungers and double sun beds that are all free of charge. Unfortunately like most hotels, there are people who will put towels down and then swan off for breakfast or back to bed. this usually doesn't bother me but when it comes to the big beds outside it is rather annoying as these are sought after. The hotel offers a buffet breakfast and dinner, both of which are fantastic value for money and a very good quality of food. my personal favourite was at dinner a chef will cook you as much steak/chicken/veal as you would like, how you would like, right in front of you! We also visited the Hotel restaurant Baraka where greeted with a complimentary glass of prosecco and fantastic food. A fantastic hotel, A must visit!!

Beautiful hotelPosted Jun 9, 2014
Loved the hotel. It was beautiful and staff were fantastic. We had room 213 with sea view and it was lovely! Area is remote and very dark at night when walking back. Only thing we would have liked were tea/coffee making facilities in the room.
