isoletta completamente in uso all'hotelPosted May 16, 2015
Tutto bello e piacevole.

Good view with disappointing servicePosted Mar 17, 2015 on Hotels
The room service was bad. nowhere close to a 4 star standard. We booked for 3 people (all adults) in the room, and only 2 bottles of water were given, after called twice and asked, finally they sent the 3rd one after we went for dinner and came back (we checked in in the afternoon). next day there was nobody came to clean the room, until we asked, they say that we must put the sign out for them to give room cleaning service- ok, then how about the new bottled water? they were not given until we asked and asked. We gave one dollar tip to the service person and he brought us the new towels and toliet paper (which were suppose to be given in the morning). The front desk people did a really bad job explaining things around the island, they even ended up gave us 1 day wifi access code, so we lost wifi connection the next day (we booked for 2 nights, and promised with 3 day access code). My suggestion is to spend half an hour and walk around the island, to get to know what is being provided. Other than the disturbing service, the island has great views and water, the food is great and it's a very quiet island with not much activities going on. My family enjoyed our stay mostly because the beautiful view, and not to think too much of the service provided. BTW, the water bungalow's bath tub is old and rusty, tried to use and only gross yellow water came out, so gave up. Not a room worthy the hundreds of dollars paid. will go for another island next time.

Not all inclusivePosted Mar 5, 2015
Pros: The view
Cons: All inclusive and food need improvement.
All inclusive isn't worth the money. 3 meals a day only and one snack. Other all inclusive facilities I've stayed at have more for the money. Quality of food is substandard for this area. The cooks can only prepare what is bought. Alcohol is ok. Snorkeling gear isn't even included, so not really sure what I paid nearly $6000 for. Our luggage didn't make it with us. Had to buy an outfit at the highly over priced (3x's) the normal for shoes and an outfit. The kicker is when you check out. You must Bill everything to your room and when you check out you pay again a 10% and 12% customer service and govt fee. Wow....customer service? I've been to far better places. Excursions are way overpriced as well. I won't be back to the Maldives or this facility.

Pleasant and neat overwater suite.Posted Feb 21, 2015
Pros: Beautifully located and has several activities
Cons: If Jacuzzi would be placed in the patio it would be very much relaxing
Location: Dolphin Safari, Spa, Badminton, Snorkelling
The over water suite was located in a pleasant location, room was at sunrise facing and the over water suite has a dedicated restaurant - Rahendi which serves very tasty food with different types of cuisines suitable for everyone. The resort has other activities - swimming pool, badminton court, tennis court, etc.. which are very suitable to be used. Water sport activities are also affordable and convenient to be used. Overwater suite is very much recommended to relax. Very much recommended for Honeymooners

serene, clean, hospitality. ..Posted Feb 11, 2015 on Hotels
It was a peaceful serene hassle free stay. Extremely pleasant staff specially at the restaurants. I very much appreciate the warm hospitality of the restaurant manager at Rehandi restaurant. He took care of us very well and our needs since we are vegetarian. We stayed at the ocean villas .it's huge. .room no 713 which faces the east do we could see the sunrise. Excellent view but in couple of months,it might not be a good room to stay as 4 seasons have started construction on an island which is very near to chahaya..The east side. .The resort does need an Inhouse landscape maintainers to beautify the place as their neighbours are 4 seasons :-).having said that their rooms (ocean villas) are beautifully maintained

Great and memorable experiencePosted Feb 5, 2015 on Hotels
The staff is the asset of that place and are really friendly and greeted us with warm smile all the time. We were on our honeymoon n we enjoyed every bit of it.The over water suite was best bcoz there was no noise of sea waves hitting the shore. The staff in the rehendi restaurant was amicable. We are vegetarian n they prepared pure veg meals for us everyday n served us separately. The only thing we dint appreciate was that despite of having an all inclusive package only 2 water bottles were served in the room, rest we had to collect from the bar. The free intro dive experience was also good.

Great winter escapePosted Jan 28, 2015 on Hotels
We stayed in early January in an overwater suite, which was a great choice. This level of privacy and tranquility you can only find in overwater suite or bungalow. Food (as by all inclusive option) is excellent. New cuisine every day, lots of choice, great chefs (Manoj and another chap from Sri Lanka whose name I forgot...), waiters and barmen (greetings to Sampath). Beach is very good, water amazing, snorkeling is exceptional, so there is always something to do in the island. This hotel was cheaper than pretty much all others but I can hardly imagine any better. Location is also convenient, 25 minutes from the airport by a speed boat. Hotel organizes transfers several times a day, so you wouldn't lose time like in case of seaplanes which fly once a day only. Overall, we liked everything. Strongly recommend to anyone.

Perfect paradisePosted Jan 26, 2015 on Hotels
I can highly recommend over water suites and all inclusive package. The view was amazing and you could go for a swim straight from your terrace. All inclusive included breakfast, midday snack (toast and fries), lunch, afternoon snack and dinner plus all the water, soft drinks and beer/wine etc. you wanted. And the main meals were incredible. They had a different theme at dinner every night (indian, chinese, mexican etc.) Also a very convenient thing was that you didnt need to carry any money, because the whole island belonged to the resort so you could have everything in your room bill (with all inclusive almost everything was already paid for) The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facilities and rooms were clean and in good condition. Nothing to complain about :) An excellent beach vacation, a bit pricey but worth every penny.
