Nice hotel and location. The cafe on the rooftop offers a great view of north, south and west Male'. Wasn't too pleased with the room, though it was still ok, it seemed a bit run down and had a strange smell upon arrival. Hotel staff are friendly and willing to assist when required.

Close to airport, but road gets flooded easily

It was a comfortable stay considering it is near the airport and cheap, except that it rained and got flooded. Taxi is inaccessible and hard to find after the rain.

Don't book this hotel!

Although the staff was very pleasant to deal with, this hotel was DIRTY! There was an army of ants going up and down the walls. Hotel was very very noisy as there is a restaurant on the rooftop. The elevator only goes to the 9th floor where we were staying - and then patrons have to take a flight of stairs up to the restaurant. We did not get any sleep. Very disappointed with the hotel selection.

Marble Hotel review

Basic hotel in Male, Maldives. Outside of the main "touristy" area in Male, however given the island is so small, this made little difference. Everything was within a 5-10 minute walk. Hotel was clean and comfortable, average 3 star rating.

Better choices in town

Had to hassle with them about use of credit card. they wanted to add a fee. Too far away from main shopping district. I found several hotels closer in with rates $20 per night less that offered same or better amenities. Far below American hotel standards. Rooms were clean but hallways and lobby were filthy. I'm disappointed hotels.com did not show these other offerings.
