This is a very rustic area and hotel. The staff and management were very accommodating but if you are expecting any amenities you will be disappointed.

Advice about getting to hotel bit lacking - you can get taxi from airport but I'd suggest trying to get hotel to order in advance as the airport staff weren't interested. I ended up getting a ferry then a taxi which was pretty easy. Hotel staff were great and offered advise of trips to other islands and arranged taxi back to airport. Food is very basic - supernoodles, rice or sandwich options but they have reasonable little roof terrace to eat it on. Great location on beachfront - is a public beach so no bikinis and locals really cover up so you expected to do the same and when I was there beach pretty quiet even on Friday which is peak time for locals to be out. Snorkelling was good even just at that beach. Room was clean and bathroom was great for such a basic room. Walls a bit thin and people do come and go all times of night and day. Really good option for a quick stopover to or from airport transfers but given the basic food and lack of anything but beach around it wouldn't want to stay for more than a couple of nights.
