“excellent apts, cant wait to go back, very, very impressed”

there were 8 of us all girls out there for my 30th,age ranged from 23-51. the apts were very clean and spacious and the staff were more than helpful especially when one of us lost a case. we went in late may, it was quite busy and we had a low room but heard no noise whilst asleep. we are all going back next year as its one of the best hols ive bin on. excellent food and nightlife. santa ponsa is the place to go in spain for a good laugh with a laid back atmosphere.

the hotel ideally situated to all the bars and clubs...15-20 mins bus ride to palma and about 10 mins to magaluf. the hotel itself was comfortable, the only downfall was the cleanliness of the bathroom...needs to be cleaner. Otherwise the apartment was spacious with a nice large balcony over looking the resort.

“Excellent Location!”

Had a fantastic time here, apartments are so close to all nightlife and a short stroll to the beach.

“Very few Shortcomings.”

There was nothing to criticise about the Apartments except (and it didn't spoil our holiday) that they were set up for the convenience of Norwegians and very few notices, activities etc. were aimed at the British. When in Spain do as the Norwegians, eh? Don't let it put you off offering it again, though. A.D.Cook

“noisy irish youth”

the hotel in situated in a noisy area of santa ponsa popular with young irish holidaymakers ideal for those looking for late boozing and enjoyment not recommended for those after light night time entertainment

“Not too impressed as basic & noisy. Better for young people!”

Facia of building needed renovation. Room cleaned every 4 days not every 2 as your Customer Services said; however, clean towels available on request. Had 1 dead and 2 live large cockroaches in room (I know these are hard to eliminate in warm climes). Very noisy location at night (opposite nightclub!) Kitchen equipment basic (two ring stove).Toaster,etc., for hire.

“Not suitable for families”

Apartment was very basic also disgusted that you have to hire everything ie, a kettle, you book a self catering holiday which means you want the freedom to eat in or out but cooking for a family on a 2 ring stove is impossible. We were on the 6th floor and it was so noisy right up until 6am with loud thumping music and then all the party revellers making their way home, there were clubs/pubs surrounding the apartement block. If you have children then this accomodation is not suitable in my mind.
