Decent standard apartmentsPosted Sep 22, 2013
Cons: Rooms need makeover. Pool should be open earlier. To have to wait for a safety person to be in attendance is ridiculous.
Location: Very convenient location. Helpful staff.
Spent 6 nights here, was upgraded to sea view apartment after one night in the Santa Lucia Hotel (same group) because our room was not ready for us. We arrived 01:00 in the morning so quite why our room was not ready is quite strange. This is a quite basic standard place to stay so do not expect too much. The rooms are ok but nothing special and could benefit from a makeover. Nice. Pool but it is open only for limited hours so be warned.

Absolutely Loved this hotel.Posted Sep 2, 2013 on Hotels.com
It wasn't all plain sailing.. when we arrived they didn't have a room for us but it had all been taken care of and we were booked into the hotel over the road. Bit inconvenient not being able to unpack but no train crash. Staff were ALL friendly, the animation (entertainment) team were brilliant for the entire stay. My 10 year old daughter was glued to them. The hotel was far enough away from club 18-30 bars and clubs meaning its a fantastic family location. The beach was clean and a stones throw away from the hotel. Loads of sunbeds free all the time so no setting alarm clocks for 6am to get a towel out. The whole family loved this place. absolutely definitely will go back. The ONLY 4 was the beds. A bit hard and took a couple of days to get used to. The rooms have English tv, but you need to switch the television from DTV to ATV (analogue). AWESOME APPTS.

Fabulous, will stay there again.Posted Aug 18, 2013
Pros: Spacious, fable view. Choice of 2 pools. Very close to beach and supermarket.
Cons: Can't think of anything!
Location: Two minutes walk to beach.
Very welcoming staff who even helped my 3year old to speak Spanish! Good size room, fable view. Kitchenette basic but just everything you need. Lots of wardrobe space. Good bath and shower. No problems, no complaints. Highly recommended.

We love Palma Nova, the beach is beautiful & plenty of good bar & restuarants. The apartment was ok, children's entertainment was poor as was all entertainment. The pool can be very crowded with a lot of moving around to avoid sitting in the shade.

Pros: Beach sandy Close to beach. Nice area. Rooms have kitchens, balconies, living areas and are big.
Cons: Noisy night shows. Needs a facelift as is a bit old. Pool hours limited. Ants Child entertainers run around screaming around the pool with kids.
Location: Excelent location Nice restaurant opp for fresh seafood, paella and has great set menu
Hotelis average, good location but could be better.

Disappointing hotel for the familyPosted Aug 18, 2012
Pros: It does have both indoor and outdoor swimming pools
Cons: Poor room facilities and you have to pay for the safety locker
Location: Close to beach and shopping
For a family of 4 - two twin beds in the bed room - inferior quality mattress. Two have to sleep on the sofa bed in the lounge - couldn't sleep on the sofa bed - you will get back pain definitely.

An allround great HotelPosted Aug 15, 2012
The hotel was very clean and the staff were great. It was about a minutes walk from the beach and the pools were lovely. Derek the kids club rep was great with the kids and the entertainment on a night was excellent with a good mix of top class singers/bands. I went with my wife, a 9, 12 and 14 year old and we are contemplating booking again for next year which is unusual for us as we normally like to go somewhere different.

Great price, reasonable quality and helpful staffPosted Nov 14, 2011
For the money the hotel offered a great location, with sea views and a lovely indoor pool, just what you need for an end of season break. The sofa beds weren't great but otherwise the room was exactly as advertised. There was plenty of space for four with large wardrobes and a small well equipped kitchen area. We didn't eat in the hotel, but there are many good restaurants nearby. The sea view was lovely from our floor but I imagine lower floors cannot sea much due to the screen of pine trees, although the gardens were pretty. The outdoor pool was very cold and we found the sea much warmer.
