“2 bedroom apartment with loads of space great for familys”

staff very helpfull. very roomy apartment 2 bedrooms air conditioning a must when you go somewhere hot with microwave fridgefreezer, kettle, tin opner, shower gel and hand wash cream provided in the bathroom loads of towls. childs pool a bit small but the beach is 1 minute away so not a problem. didnt use hotel entertainment as there is so much to do in mallorca so cant comment on that. i would stay in this hotel again very close to beach, rooms very big and you dont have to share with the children they get there own room, so you do not need to keep making up the sofa bed. fantastic

“very pleasant place to stay”

Located in a good position from beach, bars and shops but away from the hustle and bustle. Hotel staff are very fiendly and always willing to help. The rooms are a very good size and very bright. Ideal for families and couples. We would always choose this hotel if staying in Palma Nova.

“Apartments in good position”

Apartments in good position. Room large and tv showed BBC1! Cleaners tended to arrive early evening which was not always convenient. Reception were always very helpful. Indoor pool was not very big and got very crowded, but was very handy in April when the outdoor pool was freezing. Beautiful views.

“Amazing Palma Nova Hotel”

Stunning and easily best view over bay in the area for miles. Clean hotel with staff on reception who were simply incredibly helpful (apart from one - she knows who she is). We totally loved our stay - such a relief after the coach transfer dropped people off at some appalling hotels for us to arrive at this paradise. Massive apartment fitted with amazoing array of kitchen items, utility room. Anyone who says anything derogatory about this hotel is deluded, trust me! Or confused about what a truly smashing place really is - this is lovely!

“extremely good value”

We booked the apartment in January, and were apprehensive about Palmanova due to some unsavoury reviews!On arrival, we were suprised by the size of apartment and the facilities. (We are 2 adults and 3 boys aged 20, 14 & 12.)The apartment overlooked the small marina and had a balcony the width of the unit.Good sized kitchen and bathroom, with plenty of hot water, towels etc.Views accross the bay were fantastic, with the sun in the room all day. The hotel had an indoor heated pool open, which was a great bonus.The resort was just opening up after the winter break, but there were enough bars, restaurants open to sample a different one every day. (only there 7 days!) We all throughly enjoyed our stay in February, but personaly I would not go back in season! It is on the list for a break next February or March as the weather was great, resort and hotel beautiful and would like to see more of the island

“I'd stay here again in a heart beat!”

In actuality, the lodging is "apartment" style: we had 2 bedrooms, a small--but adequate--kitchen, sitting area and an dining area. The balcony looks out onto the Meditterranean Sea. Convenient location: a supermarket nearby, restaurants, cafes, shopping, bike rentals...The desk staff is WONDERFUL! Very helpful with directions, excursions...and multi-lingual, so no one should have a problem conversing! Lovely trip! Indoor and outdoor pool; games available (darts, ping-pong) pool-side. Pay laundry facilities on the first floor (1 washer, 1 dryer; we had no problem getting to use them).

Good hotel with nice pool & in quiet area of Palma Nova. Came on girls weekend & cheap taxis to Magaluf in abundance. Lovely area to lounge round pool & views of the cove lovely

“great location,over looking a small marina”

stayed here with my husband & 2 teenagers in May 08,quiet part of palma nova, but just a short walk away from bars restaurants & shops, 2 mins from the beach,apps are a bit dated in decor but spacious & well equiped,staff were all very friendly & helpful,would stay here again & would recommend families,couples of all ages but not singles wanted the night life.

“Great Situation”

As far away as you can get in Palma Nova from Magalluf which is a good thing for me. 100 yards from a lovely clean sandy beach. Close to numerous restaurants and a supermarket. We went back because we had been there last September so obviously liked it. Criticisms. The rooms are perfectly okay but are quite jaded now and are in need of a refurb. Rooms are cleaned 5 times a week which is excellent but, whereas bedding and towels were changed each time floors were not swept. Again this was not a problem but as one of the questions was about cleanliness it's worth mentioning. We'll certainly go back to the area and quite possibly the same appartments.
