Lovely relaxing holiday!

Posted Aug 24, 2014
Pros: The food options were great and themed nights wonderful.
Cons: Lifts can be a bit of a wait, especially the one from pool level. More drinks options. Make wifi free!
Location: Great location - short walk to beach. Cheap buses to centre Can Picafort (market Friday) and Alcudia (market Sunday). No Frills tour bus to Palma, etc
Lovely relaxing holiday. Loads of space within hotel grounds and loads of free sunloungers. Fantastic range of food options and bustling waiting staff and credit to the cooks / chefs - thanks. Lovely pool - all lit up at night with fountains. No gym though and golf range is pretty basic. Rooms good (a little small), but have fridge and aircon (which switches off if you open the balcony door (as we discovered - it wasn't broken!)). We were top floor (419) at north end - overlooking tennis courts. Very quiet - maybe a bit noisier at other end. Lifts a bit of a squeeze and the one to the pool level was quite a wait sometimes. Lots of Germans, but no problem with that (get by in German more than Spanish). Lots of things for kids. Wifi expensive (each mobile / tablet has to pay separately - come on, this is the 21st century - make it free! And you need to pay for the safe too! Very helpful staff on reception when booking tours and checking buses. Highly recommended. Thanks! PS Used ResortHoppa for transfers - great!

Great family hotel

Pros: Cleanliness, friendly staff, good food and positive atmosphere.
Cons: There was no kettle in our room and not enough pillows.
Location: Peaceful and relaxing environment.
I enjoyed my stay at Exagon Park Club and Spa. The staff was always very attentive and friendly. Our room was always clean and there was a good variety of food. However the only improvement that I would suggest would be that there should be a kettle and tea in the room and more pillows.
