Relaxed stay at the end of the season
Welcoming, warm and professional staff. Good quality buffet food for breakfast and dinner. It was quiet as it was end of the season. Would stay again.

Very good hotel
An intimate hotel a short distance from the beach and the sea. Close to the bus stop. Very good all-inclusive food and drinks. Quality suitable for the price.

Don’t expect the ladies at front desk to help you. They will find every reason possible not to. The hotel is wonderful otherwise. You’re better off finding another place to stay. These ladies lack any common courtesy. Recommendation for upper management, find someone with a little humanity for this position.

For 3 star hotel is very good, especially the food, the bar and the general cleaning. The reception wasnt warmfull, and the check out wasnt very warmfull again... But i recomend this hotel for a good relation between price and services. Its nearly some good beaches and the pool was Nice too. The finish time for dinner - 9 PM is to early. We must leave the beach too early...

Spotless friendly hotel. Exactly what we needed as a base. There are hotels with more going on but if you want a quieter stay this is perfect

Hotel for beach lovers
A smaller size hotel with very friendly staff. The room was just big enough for a cozy bed and I found it very practical that my luggage perfectly fit under the bed and not using any further space. The restaurant has many choices and was not crowded during my stay. Tasty food is 5-10 drive away but supermarket is just at the corner.

Nice hotel, food great!
Arrived at night to the hotel, was disappointed to have a room on the 1st floor and not overlooking the pool but it was nice enough. The room was quite small but the bathroom was very nice! We were very impressed by all the staff, very friendly and helpful. We were also very happy with the food! Great for a 3star hotel! The location was great, less than 10 minute walk to a lovely beach, lots of the usual shops and the bus stop. Entertainment was not bad, we especially loved Aqua zumba! We recommend! Only thing I would suggest needs to change are the pillows, long, thin and hard and very uncomfortable! Overall great hotel for the price but lay extra for the pool/lake view!

Friendly and welcoming
Staff were friendly and accomadating. We arrived late and there was a cold buffet available for us. The hotel was clean and bright. Food was great, lots of variety and chef cooking fresh food at all sittings. Within walking distance to shops and a beautiful beach. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would return.

Lovely hotel with view of a small lake.
Very nice hotel with lovely staff and food. Mixed nationalities staying there. We were all inclusive and drink portions were generous in real glasses (unlike one we stayed in down the coast where it was all plastic glasses!). Nice big swimming pool and plenty of loungers and outside tables with nicely kept grounds. Our room faced the pool and lake. I think rooms facing the road and hotel opposite might have had a few issues as there always seemed to be quite loud outside entertainment going on. No real private parking as advertised and I think at busy periods parking on the one way road could be an issue. Only a short walk to the lovely well kept beach. Can not fault this hotel apart from the bed not being very comfortable but that is probably a personal preference. Only one pillow and that was like a brick!

3 Star Hotel With A 5 Star Spirit
After going on many hotel booking websites this hotel kept coming up with it's high ratings. Myself and my partner were staying in Playa de Muro for 9 nights and we wanted to stay all inclusive for the first 5 nights in budget before before checking into a 4/5 star hotel elsewhere. This hotel delivered in bucket loads, all the boxes ticked. Are early check-in was no problem and was giving a fantastic room with a view as requested on booking. Rooms very spacious with the bathroom of a very high standard and large balcony. Moving onto the staff they were all very warm and would do anything to help with a continuous smile on their faces. A very special thank you to Jose behind the main bar and the breakfast chef who worked wonders with the eggs always making sure we were had our plate's delivered with his charm with 2 mins. Overall 100% recommend stay, a very rare case of paying less and getting more.

Nice hotel near beach, ideal for weekend trip
The bedrooms are clean but small, however ideal for just a weekend trip. The bathrooms are a lot more modern and are very nice. The food at the hotel for all inclusive is poor and out of a list of 15 cocktails 2 are actually inclusive - the rest you have to pay for so they aren't actually inclusive.

I can't find anything to fault, lovely stay
Nice location away from main busy road. Clean and comfortable rooms and general areas nicely presented. Very nice breakfast. Very friendly and pleasant bar staff. What's not to like.

Enjoyed our stay at Grupotel Ampola. Reception friendly quick and efficient.Room although on the small side clean with plenty of storage for clothes.Beds comfortable although pillows very narrow and flat. Getting them changed was no problem. Bar and restaurant area good. All inclusive food had plenty of variety of foods. Wine on tap not so good . Hotel does cater for Germans but the name imply s that and was no problem to us. Poolside was well situated over looking lake. Lots of sun beds . Wifi is not free €15 per week. Overall very good value for money .

Overall, good. The room was smallish and the décor was old-fashioned, but had the standard amenities (i.e. hair dryer, a/c, toiletries etc.). Housekeeping very polite. The breakfast buffet was rich, with plenty of variety to choose from, but lacked quality in some items (e.g stall bread, fruit were not ripe and cereal was somewhat tasteless to name but a few).

Hotel che ospita clientela principalmente tedesca (io e mio figlio eravamo forse gli unici italiani), è dotato di zone comuni graziose e al buffet propone cibi per tutti i gusti. Se non cercate di mangiare la pasta a tutti i costi, direi la maggior parte dei piatti sono abbastanza ben cucinati. Le camere sono sufficientemente spaziose e il servizio di pulizia è abbastanza buono. Se dovessi fare un appunto, direi che i camerieri addetti al servizio ristorante dovrebbero fare più attenzione a non sparecchiare i tavoli mentre i clienti si alzano per prendere altre pietanze al buffet. È capitato a noi e anche ad altri clienti di tornare al tavolo e non trovare più nulla (neanche i piatti che dovevano ancora essere terminati). Nel complesso, voto 8.

Nell'attesa di un imbarco più volte ritardato
Il personale è stato subito gentile ed accogliente. Ha risolto il problema della mia partenza che in un primo tempo doveva essere alle 8.A causa del cambiamento di orario del battello ho dovuto anticipare alle 7.30. Mi è stato garantito grazie anche alla gentilezza del personale del ristorante di prendere qualcosa da poter mangiare nella attesa dell'imbarco. Ho anche apprezzato l'inaziativa dell'animatore che mi ha coinvolto in una gara di carabina veramente divertente.

Das Hotel ist schon etwas älter, aber in gutem Zustand. Es war sehr sauber und das Personal war stets freundlich. Jeden Abend gab es Programm. Das Essen war gut. Der Strand war in etwas 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Für ein 3 Sterne Hotel top.

Espectacular!! Primero destacaría la atención del personal.. Increíble.. Jose, Aitana, Paqui y Darío del bar, Asun y todas las chicas del comedor, el personal de limpieza super amables.. Comida deliciosa y variada, a la animación si le falta un poco más de variedad pero la verdad lo demás compensa.. Si vuelvo a Mallorca volvería a reservar en este hotel..
