My partner and I stayed at the hesperia for four nights and where really impressed.The rooms were immaculate and So was the pool area and bar. Staff in the restuarant where always wecoming and the food was superb and varied from night to night. If we visited Santa Ponsa again then we would definately book this hotel.

As the food was mass produced and buffet style it was often a little cold and not the best quality, but the hotel facilities were fine for the relaxing holiday we wanted.

We have been one week in the Hesperia Playas de Mallorca in mid September and we loved it! It's a great place to relax, the hotel is around 20 metres from the beach. The rooms are quite nice, the shower is great! We were lucky since we stayed in a pool/sea view room; not sure if it's because we sent an email a couple of days before going asking for that. The service is wonderful and Sr. Miguel from the restaurant is so nice and helpful! The food is good and varied, but after a week it seems to become a bit repetitive. The main road next to the hotel has many restaurants, bars and small shops, but in a quiet way, not good for people who want to go partying!! The hotel entertainment was also good, some days better than others! The weather was really good, apart from one day, which was cloudy and rained a bit, it was when we decided to go to the city. Overall, we would go back again and highly recommend this hotel to others!!

“Ideally situated.”

The room we had was on the small side, but adequate and spotlessly clean. The only drawback was no satisfactory bed side lights for reading in bed. The food was buffet style and quite good, although the replacing of empty dishes on the buffet tables was slow for popular items. The hotel is ideally situated across the road from the beach, which we tended to use rather than the hotel pool, where the usual early morning sunbed grabbers took all the best places. Being far enough away from the noisiest areas, to be quiet at night, it was an easy walk to the popular bars and restaurants. Overall rating *** good.

We had an awfull week weatherwise, thank goodness for the hotel.The staff and clenliness are a credit to them,to be super critical the bathroom was on the small side and the food was O.K.even though the hotel was full no problem with the lifts We will definitely come back to this hotel
