Best of two resorts - would recommend
The hotel is in a great location for being between Cala Millor and Sa Coma, about 15-30 minutes walk into the centre of each resort and only a 2 minute walk to the beach. Quiet area. A taxi into the Cala Millor centre is about 7€ if you did not want to walk. The rooms are clean and spacious with a good range of amenities. The only downsides we found were that pillows were quite firm, flat and uncomfortable and there was no light on the balcony. Poolside beds are fairly limited but this was not a problem for our stay. Beach towels can be rented with a fully refunded deposit. There is entertainment day and evening for children and adults. Lifeguard on duty during pool opening hours. The indoor pool is small and in need of some renovation but is nice to have, along with sauna. These are only open on bad weather days. The breakfast buffet is tasty and with a good variety and choice.

Excellent service. Room very comfy and adequate for our needs. All inclusive food and drink first class. Only negative comment I would say is STOP people from saving sun beds at 7.30am! Or get some more. About 15 min pleasant walk into town. Lots of Nice restaurants.

The hotel is in the best location - right on the edge of a large nature reserve and pine forest, a stones throw from the beach. We could set up a ‘base’ at the pool and walk with our baby to the sea for a short swim, leaving our things by the pool. It’s spotlessly clean and the staff are wonderful. The apartments are well furnished and not just with Ikea furniture. We didn’t book All Inclusive, but did have the dinner buffet one night and it was really good! A contrast to the all inclusive experiences I’ve had before. It was the perfect hotel for us with a 5 month old baby and we would definitely go back !

Stayed there with my wife on our honeymoon for 6 nights as part of a larger trip. The room was adequate, the beds weren't amazing but not bad either. I say its good for the price. We had a bed and breakfast plan which included a full buffet breakfast every day. the coffee was horrible but the food and service was good. The rooms were always clean well except for the kitchen. speaking of which it was very small to prep food with VERY basic utensils / amenities ( no salt and pepper, no oven). The location was good right next to the beach in a quite corner of a rather busy beach strip. The pool area wasn't spectacular ( not much sun) but we are beach people. I would say its good value for your money especially if you plan to have a vehicle to get off Property and explore the island.

Rooms were very big and immaculate. Never used pool area as was too congested and never used the bar as mainly for families and was expensive as we were not all inclusive. We went out every day and night so didn't use any facilities.

The property had clean, nice sized rooms along with a great view of the sea. In addition, the night shows had spectacular performers who sang, danced, did magic shows, etc. Lastly, the staff was just amazing...even came back to a bottle of wine in our room for my birthday!

Close to beach & lovely walks
The hotel had everything we needed, the room was very comfortable and clean with a lovely bathroom. Very close to the beach & lovely walks on the headland. The location is at the quiet end of town so the beach always had space to move. Quite a walk to the main town but we hired bikes from the hotel which were very reasonably priced and there's an easy flat cycle lane all the way along the front - with beautiful views.

The pool area was far too small for the size of the hotel and there weren't nearly enough sun beds for the number of guests. We never managed to get a spot by the pool during our 10 day stay as people were 'reserving' them with their towels and then not showing up to use them for hours. The hotel itself is lovely, our room was spotlessly clean and good self-catering facilities. It's quite a long way from the centre of the resort, taking around 20 mins to reach the main strip of bars, restaurants and shops.

Great short break away in a lovely town with all the facilities you could need. Many of the locals and tourists are older so perhaps not ideal if you are looking for a young scene, with bars etc

Really enjoyed the hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food was the best I have had in any hotel. Just to warn anyone who is paying in local currency , if you don't pay immediately on check in they use your credit card. Nothing was mentioned at check in .

not good at all ...however I fault Hotels.com not so much the hotel , because it is not a 4 start hotel - could not get a cup of coffee before 10 am unless I purchased the all inclusive option, could not get any food at the lounge or restaurant after 8:30 pm , shuttle service needs to be reserved 3 days before check in , hotels . com should specifically say that, after I checked out I was waiting for my shuttle , wanted to get a drink I was told I could not because I already checked out ...I don't know to laugh or cry ....all and all the price was low , however this is not a 4 start hotel , in part I should have known better to question it . Its an ok hotel , but not close to 4 starts ...Hotel. com needs to reevaluate their rating criteria .

Excellent hotel, the service and attention to detail was five star, the food was superb, and the variety was fantastic, all diets catered for and individual menus can be requested. The entertainment was good and I loved the poolside cocktail games and water aerobics. Additional small charge activities also organised. The gym was well equipped but not airconditioned so a tad hot tostay too long. If using ask for the remote control to operate the TV/music. The majority of guests are German which meant we improved our German language skills - bonus! Very helpful staff and our maid was very accommodating and cleaned our room around our daytime routine.

A lovely hotel in a great position.
This hotel had all we expected and more. Very good service and well presented, helpful staff. Lovely bright clean accommodation, and great food. We recommend the All-Inclusive deal which includes all meals, drinks and a constant flow of ice-cream and cocktails. The beach is just two minutes away and is beautiful. The Bahía Grande Hotel is also a lovely place for kids of all ages. We enjoyed the evening Mini-Disco's and caberat style entertainment. We hired bicycles and found some lovely places to visit. There are organised horse riding and boat trips, all at affordable prices. Cala Millor is a nice resort with mainly 4 star hotels, and we really enjoyed our evening walks down the beach road. We rate this hotel and would highly reccommend it for a lovely family holiday.

Very pleased with this hotel, the rooms were very spacious and clean. The food was very good for both breakfast and dinner. Less selection for vegetarians but great desert buffet too :) The indoor pool was good as it was too cold to use the outdoor pool, but the kids couldn't jump in as it wasn't deep enough. The pool was too cold for my liking and I couldn't stay in it for long. The location was fine, about 10 minutes to the main street with all the shops, but small supermarkets were very close by. The hotel is right next to the beach.

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel with all-inclusive. The food, pool (indoor) and entertainment was fine. What we didn't like was the location of our apartment. It was placed just above the restaurant so that you could hear all the chairs moving when serving food three times a day + a techniqueroom next door and airhockey at the pool making noise - no sun on the balcony. The children didn't complain;-)

We had a lovely stay in this hotel, very clean, great food and staff were amazing. My only comment is the hotel guest are predominantly German hence most of entertainments are catered for them and also it lacks of English channels....Location just few minutes away from shops and restaurants and beach is just few minutes walk...

Had a lovely long weekend in majorca. Hotel clean, staff friendly and helpful. Excellent situation for the beach, restaurants etc. the hotel offers a great bike hire service, that we took full advantage of. Will def return next year with our little boy as the hotel offers a baby pool and a children's indoor play area.

Hotel fine - but a bit of a walk to town
Had a very relaxing stay in Cala Millor. Great family resort and it's worth a trip to Cala Bona harbour at the far end of the resort, 5 euros in a taxi. Although it's only about 15 minutes to walk into town, it does get you down a bit when you are doing it a couple of times a day. Not quite far enough for a taxi. Other than that, it was spot on. Will definitely return to Cala Millor, but will book somewhere a bit more central.

We DO NOT recommend this hotel after our experience. We were given a room with no bath, overlooking noisy pool, AFTER I had emailed in advance travelling with a disabled child and must have a bath in a quiet room. We were ''allowed'' to move to a quieter room after complaining about the noise and it was as if we were being done a favour!! If you are overlooking the pool be aware the air hockey game is allowed to be played until midnight. The lifts are small and slow. Pool is small and lots of bed bagging goes on every day, we went to the beach instead which was 2 minutes away and loved it. We were given beach towels to shower with on our last day yet everyone else had nice soft white towels (one family had white towels immiedately after us when we had been told they had run out!!). On the whole i felt we were made to feel as if we were an inconvenience to them anytime we asked for something. The hotel is at the start of the beach so a fair walk to good restaurants but we did not mind as wanted to spend very little time in the hotel, TV was geared towards other guests and only english speaking was news channels. So on the whole, we enjoyed our holiday, just not the hotel!! There are plenty more to pick from in Cala Millor and we will be back just not to this hotel.

Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel ist sicher schon etwas älter aber offensichtlich vor kurzem renoviert worden und insgesamt in einem guten Zustand. Alles wirkte sauber. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick (Upgrade gegen Aufpreis bei Check-In) und das hatte sich auch wirklich gelohnt. Der Innenpool ist doch sehr klein und eher für Kinder geeignet, der Aussenpool machte einen guten Eindruck.

We enjoyed our stay a lot and consider coming back. Friendly staff, nice and big room with small kitchen and nice balcony, only 2 minutes walk to the sea with a sandy beach, children animation in the morning and in the afternoon and in the evening, even in low season, breakfast and dinner buffet with a huge and changing variety in food. Something that was broken in the bathroom got fixed within 1hour. Close to a small nature area to go walking or for a run.
