Very good hotel away from the traffic.Posted Oct 16, 2014
Pros: Central location. Ample outdoor seating area overlooking the bay. (Majestic)Clean and well prepared food nicely presented.
Cons: The room and bathroom were in need of some attention to the fixings and fittings including attention to the drains.
Location: Location could not be better close to the taxi/bus and tourist information centre. Excellent swimming pool located adjacent to the front of the hotel.
We stayed 7 nights in a front sea view room on the first floor. The only downside was that is was directly above the dining room. The noise emitted from 0645 in the morning from the staff dragging tables and chairs across the tiled floor whilst preparing for breakfast was an annoyance. (It seemed to go on and on) The rooms are badly insulated from noise in general. The bathroom was functional but tired and there was a smell from the drains. The buffet styled breakfast was excellent and provided a large selection of produce, we did not try the hot dishes but they looked okay. The staff were very helpful and allowed us to have the room until 2 pm on our last day. Overall we enjoyed our holiday and would stay at the Daina again, albeit in a different room!

Good hotel in an excellent positionPosted Oct 7, 2014
Pros: The hotel is not huge and impersonal but large enough to have good facilities. The staff were helpful and attentive.
Cons: We thought the dining room was a little cramped for space.
Location: The hotel is located on the pine walk but still close to town centre, buses etc Hotel pool opposite,on the beach, and close to cafes and restaurants .
We enjoyed our week at the end of September; the weather was pleasantly warm, 23-25 degrees most days, but with some rain on four days. The hotel is situated at the beginning of the pine walk, near the marina, and it was well worth paying the extra to have a balcony and sea view. You need to be on the third floor or higher to see over the trees! The room was spacious enough and was kept very clean by the housekeeping staff. The food was varied and plentiful, with the option of eating alfresco on the dining room balcony. The hotel pool is right on the beach. We wouldn't hesitate to return to the hotel, or indeed to Puerto Pollensa.

Lovely hotel, very close to the beachPosted Aug 18, 2014
Pros: The room itself, the friendly staff, the hotel's cleanliness and the delicious food and drinks served.
Cons: The opportunity to have a double bed as opposed to two twin beds.
Location: Very centre to the main attractions in the area. Two small beaches very close and bars, shops and restaurants nearby offering a variety of things.
A wonderful hotel that looked good both inside and outside. Very clean and well looked after. The hotel staff were very friendly and catered for every need, housekeeping were very nice and were keen to please their guests. The pool overlooked the harbour and there was never a problem finding a sunbed. Around the pool it was very relaxing and enjoyable, with an accessible bar for food and drinks. In the evening, sunbeds were put away and it was a lovely atmosphere around the bar with live music playing.

Hotel keeps on deliveringPosted Aug 3, 2014
Excellent location for all the area inc all the quality restaurants , breakfast is the usual fare and is of good quality .Only gripe is the sunbed queue in the mornings management should make a stance on this.

Very Good. But don't insist on my writing extra feedback like this because I simply won't submit any feedback in future.

Nice hotel, handy for everythingPosted Jun 16, 2014
Cons: The hotel has been upgraded since last year, and depending on what you are looking for and expecting, we cannot see it being able to get much better.
Location: Handy for the shops, other restaurants and cafes, transport, not far for the bus to other towns, and it's own pool very close.
This was our 6th year on the trot visiting this hotel, and we found it as we always do, friendly and very helpful staff, excellent location, excellent food and very clean. What more would anyone want.

Great Hotel, even better service and staffPosted Jun 12, 2014 on Hotels.com
The stay was very relaxing (at least as relaxing it can be with a 2yr old). Hotel and staff were really helpful and friendly. We loved the breakfast setup - everything you could want to keep you going. highly recommend the poached eggs. The only downside of the hotel we could come up with was that the two lifts they had were a bit small for our push-chair and us to fit into - but at least there were two lifts. The location was just right for us and the general facilities were excellent as far as we were concendern. The staff were very friendly and did everything to help keep our daughter entertained!
