Ubicación fantástica y personal amabilísimo
Ha sido una estancia realmente agradable. Recomiendo este hotel encárecidamente. El hotel está en primerísima linea de playa, lo cual es una ventaja si no vas a hacer mucho turismo. Es cierto que la habitación resultó muy pequeña (supongo que no todas son así, y hablo por la que que nos asignaron), y no iba acorde con las demás instalaciones del hotel, que están perfectamente cuidadas. Lo único que ampliaría sería el servicio de cena a media hora o una hora más, ya que termina algo pronto sobre todo si has salido a visitar otras zonas y quieres llegar a cenar. Por lo demas ningún pero. Destacar las fantásticas personas que trabajan en este hotel, desde recepción hasta camareros.

Hotel con mucha tranquilidad
La estancia y el servicio esta muy bien, pero el turista nacional se ve obligado al ritmo del personal extranjero, dejando un horario de cenas fuera de la costumbre nacional lo cual es bastante incomodo, para nosotros.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful part of Pollensa. Wonderful views everyday and 30 seconds to the beach. We had a sea view room and had no regrets. Plenty of convenient stores and restaurants within walking distance. Definitely recommend.

Not worth the price
We stayed for two nights at the Hoposa Pollentia. The hotel is very cosy with a lovely garden and a nice rooftop. The room (standard) however was a real disapointment. For such a price, the overall quality and the in-room amenities were poor at best, if not laughable. More to the point, the common areas were not properly cleaned. Considering the type of service offered by other hotels on the area, I truely can't find a reason to stay here (at least in a standard room) other than to feel like you can afford it. To each their own...

awesome location right off beach - property is near sister property where there is parking - one of our rooms did not have a great air conditioner so was a little warm - breakfast was great - seems like there were a lot of seniors that preferred the property - we felt very young

Absolute paradise! This was mine and my sister’s second time at this hotel and we can’t wait to visit again asap! Beautiful hotel on the most stunning beach. The staff are soooo friendly and helpful. The rooms are on the smaller side but beautifully interior decorated and housekeeping do an incredible job at making them gorgeously clean and tidy every day. It’s honestly the most incredible hotel and area. 2 brilliant Spar convenience shops less than a minute away for all drinks/snacks/sandwiches etc! 15 min walk to the busier area of the port where we like to go to ‘Stay’ for dinner sometimes, again amazing staff and lovely food with a view of the water. Many gorgeous restaurants in Old Town Pollensa Sq. which is 15 min drive from hotel. Heavenly. We’ve been home for 12 hours and missing it all so much! Thank you Hotel Pollentia, you go above and beyond.

The location of the hotel is perfect for those who want to cycle, go to the beach, walk to restaurants, visit the marina, etc. As we went in the low season we didn't have any issues parking our car in front of the hotel but this might be more problematic during high season. The hotel was lovely, staff members were super accommodating & helpful and the breakfast was delicious (the view was spectacular). They have a lovely little sitting area and outside dining in the front of the hotel which was great during the day and in the evening. They also had live music while we were there. We opted for the standard room as we would be out most of the day doing various activities and we found it to be a bit on the small side. We had a leak in our shower but the staff were quick to try and correct the problem. They do have other amenities (ex: bikes) that we didn't use but are available. I would come back and stay at this hotel again in a heartbeat.

Love this hotel. We were a group of 9 friends staying for a long weekend. Second time staying at this hotel and we will be back again next year. Sea view rooms are wonderful. Comfortable beds, great shower, nice toiletries. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Convenient location. Practically on the beach and an easy walk to bars, restaurants & shops.

Hotel was ok, but not deserving of the ratings others have given. We also experienced a few issues. The first was that our original room was not available (seems others have experienced this so it's a common occurance), so we had to go into an upgraded room for the first night and then move. This wasn't a huge issue for us and we were given a free lunch as a gesture for the inconvenience. However, the room that we had for the remainder of our stay was terribly noisy as it was next to the reception area, the lifts and the passage to the dining area. The staff would shout loudly from 7am and music was played in the communal areas from this time, sometimes quite loudly. We therefore slept poorly through our stay. Secondly, I had some items stolen from my bike that was kept in the bike room. There are security cameras, but they are seemingly useless as they weren't of sufficient quality to make out the perpetrator (hotel made a gesture of goodwill here too). Also, while the description mentions pools, the one on the roof is more like a large bath. Another matter was that the cleaning staff use so much bleach that the rooms smell very strongly, and the amount of bleach used also ruined a pair of socks that I had to bin as a result. There was a large range of food at breakfast, although the quality wasn't to the expected standard (and the coffee wasn't not good at all). The person that did the omelettes was nice. The cocktails from the outside bar were also not good. For the money

Rooms with beautiful sea views of the port and beaches that sit just across the street, and the amenities of the hotel are incredible. Rooftop pool with a spacious sun deck and a beautifully decorated front lawn with a bar and lounge chairs open during the afternoon and into the evening for a relaxing drink after dinner and before bed. Lovey staff and a perfect set up for a quick and filling breakfast as well. Highly recommend staying here if in Pollenca.

Firstly a beautifully decorated place with clean boho boutique features throughout Sadly thats where it ends, this place does not deserve anything more than 3 star! Despite the staff being professional and lovely To keep it brief Missing glass panels on rooftop pool and seating area, super dangerous, no signs or conrdoned off, should have been closed (pictures and videos taken) Massive building site next door with lorries to and fro all day not prewarned (pics taken) 3 heated pools advertised and yet not one in the hotel! Neighbouring hotel has a heated pool " you can use" Advertised room service not available Rooms are very small and although lovely have no rugs or anything so its very loud all the time. The beds in our "upgraded" tiny tiny room were two small sprung mattresses and two singles pushed together, which didnt stay together, hardly romantic, comfortable or luxury Would appreciate some feedback and reimbursement as not as advertised
