Nice quiet place
We loved the location and feel. It was quaint and made us feel like we were party of the local people. The room was clean, but a bit warm as there was no air conditioning. Although there were no phones and personnel was not around, we still enjoyed our stay. I would return to this hotel in the future.

tout à fait conforme à la description. Très bien situé pour visiter la Tramuntana. Bons restaurants à proximité. on était au 2ème étage sans ascenseur, mais pas côté rue, au calme. Très bon séjour

Hostal limpio, encantador en pueblo tranquilo.😊👍
Fuimos tres noches una familia de cinco. La habitación doble con techo abuhardillado y ventana a la calle, y la triple también con ventana, decoración encantadora, limpieza todos los días, todo muy limpio. Aire acondicionado y brisa de la tramuntana que lo hacía innecesario. Excelente relación calidad precio. El pueblo es tranquilo, cercano al ser y sin camino de curvas para llegar. Hay bares y restaurantes para elegir. Pasamos unos días muy bonitos y nos encantó el hostal y el pueblo.

Me hubiese gustado que me avisasen que no era cómodo para carritos de bebé, que el aire acondicionado caía en la cama directo, que sólo habia deaayuno bajo reserva y que en verano hay hormigas

Bonita casa en una zona tranquila.
nos alojamos en una casa de pueblo, totalmente reformada y con muy buen gusto. La habitación tenía terraza y baño privado.Todo muy nuevo y funcional. La comunicación con el propietario fue muy fácil y solucionó todos nuestros requerimientos. El único inconveniente es que pillamos la ola de calor y por la noche costaba dormir al no haber aire acondicionado. Pero en condiciones normales, seguro que se duerme divinamente. Un acierto!!

Gastvrij hotel in mooie omgeving.
De eigenares en het personeel zijn erg vriendelijk. Wij hadden ook ontbijt erbij. Was er iets op, werd het nog even gehaald in de winkel. Wij moesten 's ochtends erg vroeg vertrekken ivm onze vlucht. De dag voor vertrek alles netjes afgehandeld. Komen wij die avond terug in de kamer, staat er een ontbijt klaar voor de volgende ochtend! Heel attent. Dit hadden wij niet verwacht. Je kan ook vrij gebruik maken van een waterkoker, magnetron en tosti apparaat.

Charming hotel with friendly service
Ca'n Tiu is located in the center of Alaro which is a small town close to the mountains. We went hiking to Castell Alaro direcly from the hotel which is a 4 hour walk in a beautiful country side. In the town square next to the hotel we found plenty of nice restaurants. Great breakfast at the hotel and very friendly service. Highly recommended for tourists who would like to experience the "real" Mallorca.

Afslappet ophold tæt på gode vandreruter. God afslappet og venlig stemning på hotellet, hvor man klarer sig selv. Helt centralt i den lille by med et meget autentisk præg.

Alaro en underbar liten stad. Dotter med familj bor där. Nära till bergen. Samlingspunkten för många det centrala torget där många samlas. Staden är perfekt utgångsläge för de som vill träna bergslöpning och cykling på Mallorca.

Ich verbrachte 6 Nächte in diesem Hotel, und es war nicht erholsam. Besonders der Lärm von innen (sehr hellhörig) und von aussen (unter dem Hotel liegt eine Bar, die für Beschallung bis teilweise in die Nacht sorgte). Das Zimmer war dunkel (Blick in den Lichtschacht) und ziemlich kalt (der aufgestellte Radiator brauchte 24 Stunden, um das Zimmer auf ca.20 Grad zu bringen). Das Frühstück, bei dem die Besitzerin sich zugegebenermassen Mühe gab, wurde in einem ungemütlichen und zugigen Durchgangsflur eingenommen. Das angekündigte digitale Fernsehen hatte leider nur spanische Programme im Angebot.... Die Besitzerin ist sicherlich engagiert, schien aber etwas überfordert.

Had a really bad experience there! Our room had two really tiny and uncomfortable beds, with no air conditioned (it was really hot there) and the restroom could use some renovation (no gel or shampoo, no hot water!!). Clean but creepy. We paid for a breakfast included room. So not worth it. Besides this, the staff was unfriendly and we saw how they handled an issue with some guests that apparently had a booking but the hostel didn't book the room properly (or sold their rooms to other guests for a higher price). Really bad manners and attitude towards their clients. Comments like "this is not my problem" are simply unacceptable. Alaró (the village) is fine, but please don't stay here. I'm sure you can find some nice place nearby for a similar price.
