Great hotel, the breakfast is brilliant. Lots of space around the pools. The whole hotel is well maintained and its only a short walk to the sea front.

I was put in room 144 (1st floor) right next to the stairs and all day and night I could hear people on the landing next to my room and going up and down the stairs. And I also could hear banging, heavy footsteps and beds being pushed around the room by the people in the room above me. My room was definitely NOT sound proofed as advertised so it made me not enjoy my stay at all as I hardly got any sleep. I arrived around 10pm at night and after hearing all the noise during the first night, asked to be moved and was told the hotel is full, so I had to endure 4 nights of noise disturbance. Other than that, I enjoyed the food, amenities and everything else at the hotel.

Great hotel facilities and pool area. Lovely and relaxing. Quiet and within easy walk of the beaches and bars. Good buffet breakfast with a wide variety of choice. Nice indoor pool for an alternative to the outdoor area, which is beautiful. Rooms are modern, clean and comfortable, but would have liked tea and coffee facilities available.

Fantastic stay
Fantastic stay, amazing staff who were all completely friendly and helpful. Great selection for breakfast. The junior suite was a great size and recently refurbished so very comfortable with a good mattress. Very clean and nice evening entertainment if that’s your thing. Overall brilliant and I’d definitely recommend 😃

We enjoyed our stay it was very relaxing, lovely hotel near to everything we needed. Many thanks especially to Kristina in the pool bar and Guido on reception, both were very professional and gave excellent service. It was our first trip away since heart surgery in November and it was just what we needed, we hope to return at a later date. Many thanks to you all.

The sauna and steam are perpetually cold and the staff is unwilling to do anything to correct. Nice little fitness room. The hall carpets look like they have not been cleaned for years and the clientele is the type that likely spews god knows what on them. Rowdy crowds from Germany. The breakfast is about the best we saw in two weeks of Spanish hotels. Awesome. Beware they charge 20 bucks to use their antiquated room safe. This is an old property. The area is perfect and also quieter than most. The cleaning staff was great. Great pools and pool bar. I enjoyed it despite the few glitches.

Hold fast i den gode service hvor I går lidt ekstra for kunden, hvor I måske skal bøje reglerne lidt og det er det I får flest point for. Jeres morgenmad er formidabelt og udvalget er stort og derfor vil jeg vælge jer igen.

Really enjoyed our stay here, hotel and room was fantastic, we were left a bottle of champagne to celebrate our wedding anniversary which was a great touch. mostly German part of town and not many English but lovely place

We needed a base whilst our apartment reform was nearing completion and this hotel was a great find. Food options were excellent coupled with a super team of staff members. There’s a lovely pool complex with a super pool bar doing drinks and food all day.
