My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dalt Murada. We were greeted by a kind man when we arrived. The hotel is located perfectly in the heart of Palma, close to wonderful restaurants, the beautiful cathedral, and much more. We absolutely loved our room; it was grand and had wonderfully tall ceilings. The bed was comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting this lovely island!

Rough Start. Good Ending.
It started out very rough. I called the front desk with questions after booking and I don’t speak much Spanish. The older woman didn’t speak English, at all. I was using google translate to get through it the best I could but instead of waiting, the lady just hung up on me 3 times after yelling something at me that I couldn’t understand. I was like, “Ok. This is going to be amazing...” I didn’t call back again. Forget maps off all sorts. Ultimately, you’re inside 50’ stone walls that are 10 feet wide. I have a new iPhone and it was worthless. DO NOT TRY TO DRIVE THERE. Ask someone where the public parking is out by the ocean and main road that runs along the sea. Don’t even think about going into this maze of catacombs. It’s insane. The room was clean. Great bed. Balcony. Jetted tub with the hottest water I’ve ever felt in my life. It’s scalding hot. Watch out. In person, the people at the desk were all very nice. Different than MANY hotels, the WiFi worked perfectly everywhere.

Great place!
This place is the perfect little hotel in the perfect location in town. It was central to everything and I was able to walk less than 10 mins to the harbor (just behind the hotel) or just a few mins the other way to shopping, restaurants, other sites. I would highly recommend to couples--it's a very romantic little place. I can't wait to stay here again! Ask for Room 402.

Great location with the view of the Cathedral and excellent supportive staff. The shower bath was a bit small and a simple hot water pot in the rooms would have been good. Otherwise totally recommended :-).

This was an unexpected pleasure. Very quaint, with a very pretty courtyard with lemon trees right outside our room. The family who owns and runs this boutique type hotel (23 rooms) was very nice and helpful.

It costs more than you think
The location was amazing and staff was friendly. It wasn’t a comfortable stay because my wife and I shared a twin bed rather than each of us sleeping on individual twin beds. The main complaint is that breakfast isn’t included in the price when you initially book, but you get charged for breakfast either way. My wife and I didn’t eat the below average breakfast the first two days because we didn’t realize that we were going to get charged for it. It was 10 Euro per person for a less than impressive breakfast, even if you didn’t eat there. It was a nice enough place, I just wish we would have had the option to choose or were informed that we would be getting charged for breakfast.

Dult Murada Hotel, Palma
Our stay at the Dalt Murada Hotel was brilliant. The hotel is located near the cathedral and is central to all the amenities in the area. The rooms were very quirky and each one is different. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay although it teamed with rain and was very chilly. Will definitely be going back next year!

This is a nice little find in the middle of Palma old town. The good: - it's quite small so we felt that we had a bit of room. - the room was a good size (unlike other hotels where there's just enough room for the bed!) - reasonably priced. - walking distance to a lot of places. - helpful staff. Bear in mind that not all staff speak English. The bad: - not much. The only slight issue was that the sheets were too small for the mattress meaning that we had to remake the bed several times. - i can't comment on the food as we invariably went out to eat.

Lovely historic hotel
Beautiful hotel in a lovely, historic area of Palma. The staff were delightful. The twin room was very snug, with a tiny, but functional shower room. Everything was immaculately clean but the beds reminded me of my spartan boarding school - very narrow and hard! Excellent choice at breakfast. I will return, but perhaps to a slightly bigger room!

On arrival with 4 other couples, we all had a room each. Our room was small and very "tired", compared to the 3 other couples who had great rooms and we were all charged the same. As party leader we had booked these ourselves and after an uncomfortable and restless night - I asked to be moved - the hotel obliged right away and we had a great room and enjoyed the rest of our stay.

Great location in a unique hotel....historic! Our room was fine but had no view or outlook. Friendly helpful staff. You will love it or hate it! No pool or modern facilities but lift WiFi and reasonable breakfast. Would probably return but quite expensive.

Old timey charm in the heart of Palma. Clean and spacious rooms, decent breakfast and lovely rooftop terrace to relax with a wine in the evening, not a 5 star but if you Lennox charming accommodation in the old town with great value for money, look no further.

Traditional and well located.
Interesting building with a classic, authentic, traditional feel. The room was quite small, but comfortable. The outside, tree-shaded terrace was charming and enjoyable for both evening beers and morning breakfast. Situated in a narrow (medieval) street, the hotel is ideally situated in the old city, with easy access to the cathedral, palace etc. and the other tourist and shopping areas.

Possibly the best hotel in Palma
An amazing period hotel steeped in history superbly located in central Palma. A warm welcome and effortless check in preceded a moment of delight once we entered our room. Period features and furniture, large and roomy, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The mini bar was well stocked and good value too. Step out of the front door into the delightful narrow street head left and in less that 100 yards you are bang in the centre of Palma with its many restaurants and excellent shops, not to mention the Cathedral and other places of interest. Breakfast was good and plentiful and the staff very friendly and accomodating. This will be our hotel of choice whenever visiting Palma from now on.

querky and traditional spanish feel hotel
If you would like to stay in a family run traditional and querky hotel that is spotlessly clean then stay here It is conveniently situated in the old city just behind the cathedral. If you want modern with loads of facilities then Dalt Murada is not the place for you but for us it was ideal not pretentious at all just friendly and very convenient for seeing all the sights in the city.

Traditional hotel in Palma old town
Set in the centre of the historic old town near the cathedral, the hotel has an excellent, quiet location and provides very atmospheric accommodation in a traditional old house; ideal for those who want to experience at first hand old Palma and traditional Spanish decor etc. There is a central courtyard with citrus trees for shade and a roof terrace for the sun. We had a really good deal through Expedia and considered this very good vfm - the hotel, staff and location helped make this one of our best trips to Palma so far.

Delightful traditional hotel in centre of Palma.
Lovely short stay in this well situated hotel. Room stunning with shuttered french doors over looking beautiful courtyard in both bathroom and bedroom. Staff friendly and welcoming. Breakfast continental to include masses of fresh fruit and yoghurt -delicious.

Good hotel in the heart of the old town
I stayed for 3 nights in January and overall had a good stay. The room was spacious with antique furniture and paintings on the walls, and I got a very good deal via expedia The hotel seemed to miss a couple of details: the windows didn't close properly resulting in water coming in during a thunderstom, this appeared to be a known effect and was dealt with by the staff mopping up and putting down mats. I felt the breakfast could have been better with it beign fairly basic continental fare, this may be different in the high season. The toiletries should be better at this classs of hotel rather than sachets of shampoo and shower gel
