Excellent value for money. Close to all amenities and the beach. Really good quality and choice of food at breakfast and dinner. Great atmosphere atound the place.

This is definitely one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The staff were warm and welcoming. My room was ready early so I was allowed to check in. The rooms was spacious well designed and clean. The pool area was very well laid out. Breakfast was excellent. I stayed on my own and felt safe and completely relaxed.

Cold pool
The hotel itself is clean, reception staff are friendly and helpful. The guy that worked at the bar was a bit barky; especially when we wanted to pay by cash (hotel is car payments but you can put the money in at reception and pay by a tab) the pool lacked any atmosphere and the water was cold (not heated at all) which meant the pool was usually empty or 1 or 2 brave people might be in there. This was really disappointing for me. The hotel is in a good location near lots of restaurants/bars and close to the beach. I probably wouldn’t return to Santa ponsa not this time of year as I found it a little dry. We did do a boat trip to see the dolphins though which was amazing

I wasn't aware of any VIP benefits but still enjoyed the hotel. Room was lovely, a mirror outwith the bathroom would have been nice for both parties getting ready at same time or a full length mirror perhaps but all else was excellent.

Lovely hotel, really good breakfast. Found that the rooms were quite noisy, not soundproof at all and the rooms could use with a bit of updating however they were still nice and served their purpose. Overall really good value hotel in a really nice bit of Santa ponsa.

Great hotel, fab location and phantastic staff
The hotel is phantastic with several Swimming pools and very closeby the sea and the village. All of the staff was extremely nice and helpfull. We are planning to be back.
