Pros: I liked the balcony view from my room
Cons: it echo's a lot in the hallways and rooms
Location: the hotel was up the hill from the main center of magaluf, which meant it was quiet when you needed to catch up on sleep
Enjoyed the hotel, nice ocean view balcony, staff was always courteous and helpful, pool/bar was very relaxing. The hotel was not the Ritz Carlton, but was still very nice. If your looking for something pleseant and not too crazy its worth the price!

Good relaxing holiday

Location: No noise from the main strip and no trouble heard or seen
Room was next to the lift and below the main dining room Which caused much noise throughout the night . But after couple of Nights we got used to it. Beautiful views from room window Breakfast and evening meal was buffet style with good choice. 5min walk to beach which was very clean. Hell of a walk from Beach back to hotel 100steps upto to take to the main path Then an awful walk up the hill aptly named by local As cardiac hill .

Great value for money hotel with views.

Pros: Food, views and staff.
Cons: none to complain about
Location: On headland, overlooking Magalluf bay and beach. Dive straight into the sea from the rocks if you wish.
Low cost hotel for bed breakfast and dinner. All types of food, fish, meat, veg, pasta and of course chips and should please all. Super views from most rooms and also from the bar and pool patio. My room had a huge patio with view of mountains and of part of the beach. Staff helpful, hotel clean and lots of hot water. Walk up hill gives one a thirst and hunger, but good for fitness and recommend a taxi for a few Euros if walking a problem. Recommend to all, unless you seek true 4 and 5 star luxury. In my opinion Very Good Value for money.

Hotel Florida, Magaluf

Pros: Clean, friendly staff and superb view.
Cons: Food selection.
Location: Just above the strip but a very very steep bank coming back to Hotel
The fact we had a sea view made our stay special. There were a few stag/hen do's going on at the same time but there was very little disruption. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Food was probably the only cause for complaint (not much variety) but hot and plentiful. The Hotel staff were very friendly and acommodating. I would recommend this hotel to everyone and would definitely stay here again. Only negative would be the extremely steep bank coming back to the hotel.

Good value at the Florida hotel Magaluf
Posted Jan 12, 2012
Pros: the views from the balcony
Cons: the hill to get there
Location: with it being at top of the hill you're not in the heart of Magaluf so it's not too noisy
Recently had six nights here bed and breakfast. The location of the hotel might not be to everyones liking with it being at the top of a steep hill but the views from a lot of the rooms and from the bar and restaurant are lovely with it looking out to the sea. The pool is situated to get the sun all day and again looks out to the sea. Generally a very clean place with the staff happy to help although with all amenities working in the room and good service at the bar we had no cause to complain. Breakfast had the usual variety of continental meats, cereals, fruit and yoghurts e.t.c. which were all ok but the quality of the full English wasn't quite up to scratch if I'm being fussy. If you do desire the full heart attack there's an abundance of restaurants and cafes near by that provide that for about £4. The clientele at the time we went was a mixture of Scandanavians, East Europeans, Germans (inevitably) and British plus some Americans, so no gangs of drunken youths is what I'm trying to say. Overall pleased with my stay here, I think it is good value and would stay here again for sure.

Pros: View, staff, food.
Cons: The hill to get to the hotel
Good value for money, the food was amazing you can find different menu everyday and the staff very helpful everywhere. I would recommend this hotel to everybody. The only problem is the little hill to get to the hotel. Amazing view.
