Good hotel with good pool.Posted Oct 19, 2014
Stayed here for a girls break. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Pool was a good size with plenty of sun beds. Our flight was in the evening, we were able to store our luggage and use the showers in the spa after we checked out. My only small gripe was although the room was cleaned overall the toilet had not been. The hotel is about 20 minute pleasant walk to the centre either along the Marina or through carer de la fabrica which is lined with restaurants. Ate at Es Trampo, food was fantastic, especially the fish platter and the steak to share.

Great Hotel - Lovely Staff - Great LocationPosted Oct 17, 2014
Pros: The Staff, Always Clean and tidy, the Food ( better than just acceptable but not great ) It's Location
Cons: Maybe bigger bedrooms
Location: Great for Marina, Old Town, Shops, Bars, Palma Sights,
Found the Hotel Isla Mallorca on Trip Adviser, a real little gem, very easy to get anywhere in Palma. The food was good ( not great ) the staff very friendly and always on hand, but not over powering! Yes we hope to return, lovely quiet location, just out of the centre, great value for money, the one and only problem, our bedroom was a bit small ( but my wife does take far too many clothes and shoes on holiday )

This is a proper four star hotel in every way andPosted Oct 13, 2014
Location: A small tip. One day, I caught a taxi to Porta Pollensa, which cost 85 euro. I came back on the excellent bus service, which cost 6 euro. I was amazed
I was most impressed. I arrived early ( 10am local time ) and was immediately given access to a secure luggage holding area. Reception was very pro active and gave me a map of Palma. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. I particularly liked the large shower area. Excellent sun bathing terrace by the pool with quality sun beds. The breakfast was quality, with a wide range of hot buffet and cheeses, meats, fruit, cereal etc. A nice touch was that there were a limited selection of English newspapers to read. I was only there for three nights but in that time inter faced with maybe six different members of staff. All were courteous and highly efficient. My only criticism is very minor indeed. The hotel was a good 15/20 minute walk from the main sights. Frankly, I found this a blessing as the area was very quiet with no noise, even though there were plenty of nearby shops, restaurants etc. However, if you are in any way mobility impaired, you might want to be more centrally located. Would I stay there again ? Most definitely. It was an excellent, hassle free experience

Great stop over on late arrivalPosted Oct 5, 2014
We didn't arrive in Palma until 10pm so wanted somewhere easy to stop for one night before heading to Soller. This was a great solution - only €20 in the taxi which took about 15mins and fast check in. We managed to go out for a late dinner. Breakfast wasn't included so we paid €12 for it and then had a swim in the pool before checking out. Comfortable room with good views and we got a good price on a Sunday night.

Lovely Hotel an easy walk to the old townPosted Oct 3, 2014
Cons: More hangers in the wardrobe and a better equipped minibar
Location: The location is fine, approximately 20 minutes walk into the old town which is absolutely fine.
The hotel itself is very modern and nice. Great Spa facilities, gym, indoor and outdoor pool. The Pool-bar is very nice and serves drinks until midnight. Great breakfast buffet in the mornings. The rooms could be a little bit larger and wardrobe space is limited. But as we red not spend much time in the room this was not an issue. If you fancy a late night drink don't expect too much from the Minibar as it only provided soft drinks and a couple of tins of beer. Overall a great hotel, would definitely stay there again.

Lovely hotel with restaurant, very nice pool areaPosted Sep 29, 2014
Pros: Facilities and staff were great.
Cons: It is a manageable walk to the harbour. A little more challenging walking back up the hills.
Location: We took the hop on hop off bus to see the sights of Palma. Very accessible and a great way to see the city.
We spent a great couple of days before and after a cruise that sailed out of Palma.
