Hotel juma
This is the second time we have stayed in this Hotel and again we where not disappointed. The Hotel is right on the square in Polensa , a great location to see what is happening particularly in the evening because of its proximity to all the resturants.

Appalling ROOM 101 Noise, noise and more noise. Impossible to sleep in this room. Noise from side street/alley adjacent hotel kitchen back door ending approx 1.30 resumng 5.35 am. Room 101 above this door area

I'm sorry you get this bad impression about our hotel. I can't understand how you hear noise until 1:30h, so all restaurants in the area are closed before 23:30h. The two nights you stayed at our hotel, restaurant was closed at 23:12 and 23:06 hours. However, in case you had complaint the first night, we could have changed to another room, but we didn't get any comment about the noise during your stay. And at 5.35am the oldtown is absolutely quiet. We open the restaurant at 7:30, previously to serve breakfast at 8am. The trash is collected at 7:50am and it's true that during the trash collection, about 5 minutes, they are noisy. But we can't stay without collect the garbage.

Poor service by Hotels. com
Juma was great. I was overcharged by Hotels.com/UK. See my Confirmation No. 158586750777. I paid 188.4 Euros at booking. When the Euros were converted to USD, you used the GBP rate to USD instead of the Euro/USD conversion rate resulting in an overcharge. You have the records, fix it and issue me a refund. Otherwise I will never use Hotels.com again plus will tell all my friends not to use. This has been reported like five times. Enough is enough.

I loved my room with the big windows and four poster bed. The mattress was not so comfortable. the staff were very helpful. the location was great.

Delightful Juma
My wife and I had 5 nights with bed and breakfast, just before Easter season had really started. From the outset, the staff were really helpful in indicating car parking availability (anywhere on the street provided no yellow lines or blocking a garage or entrance, or in the designated parking areas near the main bus stop). On arrival, Joana provided local information and showed us to our room. We understood that the hotel had reopened the previous week after the winter hibernation and Pollenca itself was generally quiet and free from Easter tourists (but there were many cyclists!) The room was spacious and all that we needed for a short stay. The bed was comfortable, shower and bath fine and WiFi strong. Breakfast was excellent with a choice which suited us: cereal, yoghurt, fruit, fresh orange juice, cold meats and cheeses, coffee, omelette, pastries. Plenty of restaurants, within 5 minutes walk, for lunch and/or evening meal and a nice ice cream parlor in the square for a cheap dessert! Would definitely recommend to others who prefer small, quiet, more intimate hotels (7 rooms). Thankyou. Stuart & Sarah

Nice small hotel in center of town
The staff at hotel Juma could not have been more pleasant and helpful. We had to leave early in the morning so they gave us a tray with fruit, croissants and thermosflasks with coffe in the room as the breakfast room would not be open. There is no parking in the center of town so a bit of a walk from the carpark. Our stay was before high season but still plenty going on in the town.

Excellent location full of atmosphere
Enjoyed an 8 day stay at this well positioned hotel. Staff were excellent and the rooms comfortable with air conditioning a necessity in the August sun. Its a great place to stay to venture out to many of the northern parts of the Island although you will need a car. Parking is a problem but once you have located the public car parks which are a few hundred yards away it is OK.

Ideal location in centre of town
Hotel Juma has a great location in plaza major. On Sunday mornings when the market is on you can sit and have a leisurely breakfast and watch the hectic market all around you which is really fun. It is an old hotel (built 1907) and is full of character. There are great views from the solarium on the roof.

A lovely Hotel full of character
Although the accommodation at this Hotel is fairly basic the cleanliness is exceptional and views from roof top are breathtaking, The lovely Pollensa square where the hotel is situated is very busy and lively however the shutters in the bedrooms block out most of the noise at night. The Hotel is quaint, well situated and offers an excellent breakfast choice, which includes a cooked breakfast if requested. The weather was extremely hot during our stay and the only thing lacking in the hotel was provision of a fridge, even a small one to store a few drinks would have helped, we had to keep asking the bar staff for ice which was a little embarrassing.

Hola Pat! Thanks for your nice comments about the hotel, we always try to do our best fot our guets. About the fridge in the room, we haven't it because it redices the space in the room, is noisy and increase the price of the room. We have the bar with terrace outside and don't worry about asking for ice, we don't mind to give it to our guests! Hope to see you again!

Definitely recommendable
Could not have been at a better location, right at the plaza mayor in Pollença. Ask for room 203 - the only one with a balcony to the square. We were lucky enough to get it randomly, and it made the whole stay a lot more special. The breakfast is delicious and served at the square - delightful!

I had a lovely room with a view to the Puig Santa Maria. Very central, but quiet at night (except for the bin lorries first thing in the morning).

Great service and fabulous location
The staff was extremely helpful with our early departure. A food tray was sent the night before as we had a 6:30 Taxi ride to the airport.

Great location in Pollenca
Small hotel with good class resturant in the the main square serving breakfast, lunch and evening meals, 10% discount if you are resident of the hotel. Staff were very pleasant, nothing too much trouble. Great position looking into the square.

Very clean nice hotel with good shower, roof terrace and a nice lounge area with good wifi. Nice simple breakfast but doesn't start until 8.30. Bed wasn't particularly comfortable, and only a double (not king), and the room a bit small. There's no fridge in the room either. Good for a few days but would struggle for a longer stay as 2 of you are always in each other's way.

Weekend away with friends, staying at Hotel Juma for one night. Lovely position, right in the middle of Pollensa, so convenient for restaurants, etc. Staff very friendly and helpful. Sun terrace a good spot for views and a drink, and rooms basic but clean and tidy. Will be back I'm sure!

Lovely old hotel right on the Square
Beautiful hotel which the owners have improved since last year adding a great roof terrace with some garden furniture, hot tub (not heated, nice to cool down in during the day) and fabulous views. Slight downsides are no fridge in the room, and the bed in the only double room (the others are twins) is very springy - every time my husband turned over I was woken up. That aside, the hotel is very well decorated, immaculately clean and smells devine, would definitely stay again.

Very elegant little hotel in the heart of Pollensa. We were lucky to have a top floor room with a small balcony and views over the rooftops to the Puig de Maria. Would definitely stay there again.

Allt var bra, men man ska vara beredd att bära väskorna några trappsteg innan man kommer till hissen. Familjär känsla och trevlig personal. Vi bodde i nyrenoverat stort rum mot det vackra torget. Badade jacuzzi i en fantastisk utsikt över alla hustak.

Hyggeligt hotel. Rigtig pæne og rene værelser i gammel stil. Solterrasse på taget. Beliggenhed er super, lige på det gamle torv, med flere spisesteder. Morgenmaden er lækkert. Kommer gerne tilbage.

Gut aufgehoben und zentral gelegen.
Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem charmanten Hotel genossen. Sehr individuell und die Freundlichkeit des Personals, sowohl vom Hotel, als auch vom angeschlossenen Restaurant waren vorzüglich, wie auch das Frühstück. Lediglich der frühe morgendliche Lärm der Glassammelcontainer-Fahrzeuge trübten unsere Urlaubsfreude etwas. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen.

Suverän takterass med jacuzzi och möjlighet att sola, perfekt efter en dag av utflykter. Hotellet har ett jättebra läge mitt på torget i Pollensa.

We really enjoyed our stay at Juma Hotel. The location is excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and spotlessly clean. I would give an extra thanks to Joana Vives for upgrading us and making our stay more pleasurable. The hotel location is prefect. Its right in the middel of the city square with lots of restaurant right on the footstep of the hotel.

Freundliches Hotel an zentralem Platz
Ausgewählt habe ich das kleine Hotel (soweit ich gesehen habe 7 Zimmer) wegen seiner zentralen Lage an der quirligen Plaza Mayor im Städtchen Pollenca, das sicherheitshalber mitgebrachte Ohropax aber nicht gebraucht. Mein großes und sauberes, vor kurzem modernisiertes Zimmer war sehr nett eingerichtet mit aufgearbeiteten Möbeln aus der Erbauungszeit (1906), bequemen Betten, erstaunlich aufwendigem Badezimmer - und hatte einen traumhaften Blick über die Dächer auf den Hausberg Puig Maria. Das Frühstück war für spanische Verhältnisse sehr ordentlich. Der Clou aber war das "Solarium": ein Jacuzzi auf der Dachterrasse mit einem unglaublichen Blick weit über das Land. Ansonsten ein sympathisches und offenbar immer noch von der ursprünglichen Gründerfamilie geführtes Hotel, in das ich nächstes Jahr gern zurückkehre.
