Good value hotel on bus route to Palma.Posted Oct 16, 2014
Pros: Good value and near to bus stop for Palma.
Cons: The pool did not open until 12, would have been nice to have a swim in the morning.
Location: Some good cheap bars and restaurants nearby and on a good bus route for Palma, also walking distance to the commercial centre.
We only used hotel as a base to visit Palma, staff were very helpful and friendly. Some nice cheap restaurants and bars nearby.

Nice hotel well connected Palma and the beaches.Posted Oct 6, 2014
Pros: As above and was a generally quiet neighbourhood while we were there.
Cons: Breakfast could be improved a bit as above. Perhaps the pool could be made available to guests.
Location: Very convenient for bus to Palma or beaches other way. Very good local restaurants with Spanish/ English cuisine and interesting being near the port.
Enjoyed our stay at the hotel and found the staff very helpful at all times. Room was light and airy with nice balcony and was well cleaned every day. Breakfast was a bit predictable after the first day and the egg could have been less cooked and the bacon more so but there was a good variety of foods available and being involved in the process of preparation was good and brought people together a bit! Hired a car for two days and that worked really well. Otherwise was a good bus service into town and to the airport - good location.

nothing special accomodationPosted Sep 12, 2014
Pros: not much.
Cons: Almost everything.
Location: beach half mile away, couple restaurants, nothing special
Room booked months in advance, double bed in non smoking, had to choose at arrival time between double bed smoking or two beds non smoking, on a lower floor and a big street light right in front of the window, which was making night like day, forcing us to draw curtains which in return were preventing any air exchange with the outside making the room really worm and hard to breathe (could not use air conditioning due to allergies). Most important, no fridge in the room, not even a mini bar, very unpleasant in a hot climate not to have something cold to drink or a place to store a fruit or a chocolate bar. I travel a lot, this is first time something like this happens to me. Breakfast included in price, for 9 days we were there the only change we noticed was the order food was displayed, menu stayed the same all the time. Would not recomend this hotel to any of my friends.

Staff are helpful yet not available.Posted Aug 26, 2014
Pros: -Staff are helpful! they located amazing places for me to go within Spain. -Rooms are very clean. -Quiet and well organised.
Cons: They need more staff. Breakfast costs were very high!
Location: Nearby? nothing.. hahah, the location is bad overall.
Hotel condition is very pleasing in all matters; yet there is a clear lack of staff! the receptionict and the person who serves the bar are ONE! They need to recruit more staff! With that being said, the hotel is very convenient given it's far away from the beach. Hotel rooms were very clean and organised. When I came in, the hairdryer was not working as well as the safe. However they replaced them immediately as I told them, so I was pleased overall. The location of the hotel is really not recommended. I had an emergency situation where I had to stay in any hotel, so I had to pick this hotel. As I mentioned though, the hotel from inside is a good hotel.

Nice quiet hotel close to beachPosted Aug 23, 2014
Really nice hotel, clean well maintained with friendly staff. Pool didnt open until 12 which was a bit rubbish considering they stopped serving breakfast at 10, so we went to the beach instead most days, which is close. A short bus rude to palma, palmanova and magaluf, so we ate out most nights, as the choice around cala major wasn't great. Also breakfast buffet was ok but not worth the €8 they charge

Good value hotel close to the beachPosted Aug 13, 2014
Pros: Staff, pool, proximity to beach
Cons: More shelf/drawer storage in rooms, better showers.
Location: Beach 5 mins, very close to buses into Palma, and the other way for resorts/attractions further down the coast. Close to cafes/restaurants in resort.
The hotel was pretty much what I was expecting/looking for. It has a large pool with plenty of sun loungers and shade and is approx 5 minute walk from the beach. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and the room was fine, with a balcony and decent air conditioning. The room wasn't quite as spacious or well equipped as I would have liked, but I guess you get what you pay for. Overall, good value for money and we had a lovely, relaxing week.

Handy for both city and beachPosted Jul 30, 2014
Pros: This hotel is really in Marivent not Palma BUT that is a benefit as you escape the busy city and get to relax. The pool was lovely with a bar.
Cons: A fridge in the room and a shower room available for those on evening flights
Location: Try the NANO bike tour it lasts around 3 hours
We stayed for 4 nights it is very close to bus stop for Palma euro 1.5 and takes 15 mins. taxis take 5 mins and cost around 7 euro. The coastal bus 104 takes you along the coast and costs around 3.50. Just below the hotel is Cafe Zulema and they do a lovely bacon sandwich and coffee its inexpensive but cooked to order so gets everyone set for the day. For evening try Stokholm 5 mins walk towards Calla Mayor or St Ambrose in Palma old town.

Clean reasonable hotel, good base not picturesque.Posted Jul 21, 2014
Hotel is clean, a bit tired, but served us well. Staff do their job, some more friendly than others but all fine. It's a good base and I recommend a car as it's a bit built up and not close to a beach. Great for Palma though. Nice clean pool but didn't open pool until 12noon. I stayed with two teenage boys, they were happy enough there too.
